Save yourself the stress, or be just as rude as they are and do not leave without checking your bag... NOT JUST YOUR RECEIPT, open the bag and check everything, to avoid you taking the drive back because they will forget something and most definitely will not follow customer request for an order, you say no beans, they put extra... you say, add sour cream and they'll charge you for the extra add and then they wont put any on your food!!! This taco bell takes no pride in their work and they bring shame to this corporation!!!! Its unfortunate that such a big name corp hires allows a manager to hire illiterate unprofessional staff. If I was still a secret shopper this manager would be replaced along with the staff just to salvage the location. Customer service goes a long way, when a mistake is made you take accountability apologize and rectify the situation, you never get an attitude with your customer when your staff is at fault for not reading their monitors correctly... beef was ordered, beef is specified on the receipt, how in the world do you use chicken; not considering your customers request because of severe allergies will get your company sued. Read moreI personally love taco bell and was excited to have a taco bell breakfast to start my day. On Oct 13 at approximately 10:42am, I had ordered 2 combo crunch wrap meals with a hot cinnamon delight coffee. The staff there stated that they didn't have that even though the app stated it was available. So I settled and asked for just a plain hot coffee instead, and he told me that they did even have that either. I asked him if they just didn't make hot coffee for the day because he wasn't stating why they didn't have any. I ended up settling again with an orange juice and once I made it to the window, the same guy I had given my change to, had crumpled up the receipt with the change inside and carelessly handed me everything causing my receipt to just fall because of the way he handed it to me. He just had such a bad attitude and it was a really crappy start to my day, so I went to the mdconalds next store instead, where the service was much more satisfying as a customer. Read moreI got off the light rail to stop in here before work, because I wanted some Taco Bell breakfast. I realized I got there at 6:50, so I waited for 10 minutes. I saw employees twice while waiting outside. You would THINK if a location had a customer there, they would open a little early to show them they were a priority. Even still, I wasn't expecting it, I was expecting them to open promptly at 7:00 AM rolls around. When 7:03 rolls around I'm thinking they just can't see me, so I move from the North entrance, after trying the door loudly, I move to the East entrance. The MANAGER sees me, and acknowledges me, looks away, slowly doing whatever she's doing. I wait for an additional 7-10 minutes, after 7:00 AM, when the dining room is supposed to open!!
