5 stars for the layout of the place itself. 0 stars for the service. Walked in at 7am to an empty coffee house. Asked if they had a particular blend of coffee. They didn't. When I sat down to go work on my computer, I was stopped and told that I'm not allowed if I'm not buying something. I'm not sure if I was being profiled as homeless, or if this is just a policy to protect the coffee shop. Either way, I'm a paying customer who would've likely bought a 7 dollar latte at some point, and this place would've had my repeat business. I was forced to buy bottled, plastic water. And this interaction guarantees I will not spend a dime at this place again. The lone other customer who was deciding what she wanted to order, came over to me and said "I think you handled that really great. I almost walked out without buying anything after seeing that, but I'm on a time schedule and I have to meet someone right now, and I want my coffee" Oh and it looks like they have no free water station. The best part? The wifi stopped working for me 5 minutes into an important document, and the owner refused to do anything to help.

First time trying this place. Hubby got the Red Eye and I got a blended chocolate chip drink. The Red eye cold coffee drink is NO JOKe!!! Talk about hair on ya chest! 😆 super strong if that’s what you’re needing at the time. The blended drink was yummy as well. Wasn’t too sweet or strong. Perfect mixture. Only downfall to this place is that the blended drinks can’t be dairy free as the powder base or all of them is made with milk and the drink sizes run a little smaller than were used to. Inside was clean and they had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The team was nice and fast.

Good coffee and friendly service. They offer pastries and breakfast burritos as well. Free WiFi and clean bathrooms for customers is a plus, only parking is hard to find. The patio or sidewalk seating is a nice touch for those looking to spend their time slowly enjoying their coffee.

This is perhaps one of the best and most memorable cups of coffee ever!

This said you definitely need to make sure that you have time if you choose this location. I am not sure if he was short staffed today. But there was only one person doing everything.

What that means for you as a customer is waiting for everyone to order before your drink can be started. Then of course waiting for each drink to be made in turn. This said, your drink will be worth the wait.

If you don't live in the neighborhood and cannot walk, you also have the issue of finding a parking spot. Once you become a regular, that would be overcome as well. Soooooo just be aware of planning on needing to locate a place to park, budget wait time and you will enhance your experience at this wonderful coffee shop...like I said one of the most memorable cups of coffee I have ever had...I just wish I had known about the parking issue and wait time prior to my arrival.

I am not sure if I will return to this location as it's not very close to my house (19 miles) and the other things I mentioned.

However, if you are in the neighborhood and know the places to park, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try...I love their house special menu. It's a great place to start when you are new to a coffee shop. I have now used it twice, once in the airport and at this location and been a fan both times! Great Coffee and Chai, friendly service and enjoyable chocolate...

While visiting the area I stopped in this coffee shop 3 days and really enjoyed the coffee. I tried to stop in a 4th time (Friday 9/4) but arrived at 4:04 and realized it closed at 4. There was a customer at one of the outside tables sipping coffee and I saw an employee mopping the floor about 4' away from the door. I wanted to know if they sold gift certificates so I could possibly call at a later date and order. I knocked lightly 3 times to inquire and the first 2 times the individual mopping looked at me and continued to mop. I raised my finger to indicate that I had a question to ask. After the 3rd knock, he opened the door slightly and said "What?" I asked if they sold gift certificates and he looked at me exasperated and rather annoyed and said: "Yes, you can come back tomorrow". Since I have worked retail jobs for 21 years I realize that days can be long and customers can be annoying, but I have NEVER been rude, disrespectful or displayed annoyance toward a customer. Needless to say I will not be ordering any gift certificates for the people I had wanted to give them to. They offer great tasting coffee, but customer service is lacking, at least from...
