This coffee shop has very good coffee. I loved my iced chai tea latte. The reason I rate 2/5 stars was because the customer service from one lady in particular was absolutely terrible. This is a summarized version of what happened: My and my boyfriend wanted to use our vouchers we got for food ($30 each) and when we tried to tell the worker she said she couldnāt take it ābecause it was expiredā. These vouchers are a little piece of paper that has credit card type info on it. It said expired 12/24. This woman thought that meant it expired days ago. We had to reassure her that no, we got this a few hours ago and the 24 means year not day:) She then kept telling us we were wrong and that we couldnāt use it. I asked politely if she could just try and she said ānoā. Iāve worked in customer service for years, and if you donāt know for sure about something, you might as well try and see if it works. The worker then kept telling me no when I kept asking for her to just try it, and if it didnāt work, then oh well. She completely denied us and called over a coworker to deal with us. We politely explained what the voucher was and the situation to her and she was confused too, but did type it in to try. And guess what⦠It workedš She probably didnāt know or understand, but to not even try? It was very aggravating and annoying. Safe to say the place next door had no problems and got it figured...

I told her I ordered medium iced matcha and she looked at her receipt and said look, it says 1 LG matcha latte. I didnāt want to argue, so I went back to app and it specifically is the only one that would cost me what the receipt says, so I showed her the app. She then proceeded with making a new drink. Itās probably not the staff but more so glitches in the app because receipt doesnāt specify hot or iced, and the only way to differentiate is by the price (iced is more expensive) She then asked me if I wanted oat milk or almond milk. I responded, well, doesnāt it come with regular milk? The app didnāt give me choice. I do usually have it with almond milk but it didnāt give me an option to choose type of dairy. So I told her to go ahead and add almond milk if she had it.. I donāt know what she poured. But this drink tastes awful. First time trying this place because it was the nearest coffee place at the airport near my gate and I donāt think I ever will again,...

Encountered a very rude worker that needs customer service training or to be placed in the back somewhere so that she doesn't interact with customers. I used the app to order what I thought was a Hot Chai tea latte, instead I noticed I received a tea bag in hot water. I told the worker that it's a mistake and that it was supposed to be hot Chai tea lattes. She made it a point to tell me that I was wrong and I ordered the wrong thing. I told her that I wanted a refund, but she acted like she didn't understand and walked away. I talked to another worker there that was helpful. She was in the middle of helping me with the refund, when the rude worker came over to tell her about the mistake and that I was in the wrong. She was being aggressive about it and said it out loud that other customers could hear her blaming me that I was in the wrong. Totally unnecessary. I was told I was refunded, so I'll need to see if that even occurred. Will not ever...
