This is a repeated experience with this store. Never again. I travel frequently and left my charger at home. I had a question while at the store, But the staff was literally ‘nose-into’ her phone the entire time. I literally went to Amazon, researched and ordered the charger to be delivered to the office I will be visiting. The iStore employee never ever asked if I needed help. Yet, another example as to why local retail is dying. It doesn’t appear the manager or owners check these reviews. Don’t waste your time trying to support...

I stopped into the I store today at around 2:00 pm. The attendent didn’t look up from her phone. I approached her and asked about seeing an I watch. She replied She didn’t “do tech”. It was my worse experience ever in an I store. Why do you bother paying rent to operate at DIA? I was the only customer in the...

Exceptional customer service. My daughter locked herself out of her iPhone and I didn't have the phone number or apple ID associated with her account, but that was not an issue for them. They helped me recover her iCloud and unlocked her phone.bIbwas in and out in under 30 minutes!! I will definitely frequent...
