Totally overwhelmed, could not keep up with orders and lost mine completely. I waited almost 20 minutes because they kept saying they were backed up, and when I finally asked about my order after my coworker had had his for 10 minutes (he was behind me in line) I got attitude about how backed up they were, then asked what I’d ordered—a brewed coffee and sandwich. The brewed coffee was slammed in front of me, and I was told they didn’t have my sandwich order even though the cashier had checked and set it on the counter for the other worker to warm up before she rang up my order. I walked off without any food because I wasn’t getting anywhere trying to explain the situation. It was busy but not effectively managed, and all I wanted was a regular coffee. Don’t do it, DON’T DO IT don’t come here. There’s ten people behind the counter and no one knows what they’re doing. Not only did it appear to the girl taking my order that I was speaking an alien language, the girl making my drink had no idea what she was making, what it was supposed to look like and how it was supposed to taste. I asked to use a reward multiple times, but was charged $6.10 for a drink usually under $5. My drink is an iced coffee—can’t get much simpler. Second time this trip Starbucks has utterly disappointed me. Go somewhere that cares about your business and your choices, not Starbucks who couldn’t care less. Horrible ladies with a bunch of unfriendly attitudes and frowns. And the one girl was SLOOOOOOOOOOOOW. And did not care. The extremely slow girl made my drink and it was disgusting. Tasted like milk and cream and water. I ask another lady to make it and it was just as disgusting. They have no idea what they are doing. Starbucks is too expensive for the drinks to be remade TWICE and still come out wrong. It was so bad that I threw it away. I took a few sips and just trashed it.
