Carry out: would give negative stars if I could. Female employee with dark hair and glasses: went directly from handling cash at the register, NOT wash her hands, then start to make pizzas with her bare unwashed hands. Then, I got to watch as she proceeded to wipe up spilled red pizza sauce off the prep table with her fingers and then wipe her fingers off on the inside edge of the (almost full) container of pizza sauce. I said something to the manager. His response: She was a new employee and he would talk to her. I sat back down to wait for my order. He went back, said a few words to her. Less than 30 seconds 'talking' to her, then he went back to boxing up pizzas. As I sat and waited, I got to watch as the female employee CONTINUED to make MORE pizza orders with the same 'finger sauce'. The manager apparently, did not tell her to throw it out and get a new one, nor did he go and get one himself, since she continued to use the contaminated sauce and he went back to boxing. My order was not even correct. The manager knew it was not right (nstead of garlic parmesan knots, we got some weird garlic balls) he said they would remake them and it would be about 5min. I said ok. Before I could sit back down to wait for the correct item to be made, he handed me my incorrect order and told me to have a nice day. I took my wrong order, and stood for a minute, waiting for someone to start making the correct item. Only for him to continue standing behind the register staring at me, not saying anything. I was beyond disgusted and frustrated with the entire situation that at that point, I just walked out with out saying anything else or even asking for a refund. I honestly believe that it would have been handled just as horribly. The managers bad excuse for his female employee, not doing anything about the contaminated sauce and continuing to make other orders with it are inexcusable. If these are the sanitary practices that go on in the area that customers can SEE, I would absolutely hate to see what happens in the areas that customers can't see and what other important practices, sanitary or not, that are ignored. This is the EXACT OPPOSITE experience than any other that I have ever had. I used to work for Domino's and know what the sanitary practices that SHOULD be in place and enforce, if by NO ONE ELSE, the manager. This girl, wiping her finger off on the inside edge of the container, mixing it together, and then using it for other orders is a MASSIVE health code concern. Even worse, the manager is obviously ok with these practices, since he...

We ordered pizzas for a birthday party. The email said 18-29 min. 40 min later I called and the woman said that they would put it in the oven in 15 min and that she would get a manager. She left me on the phone with them for 25 min while I drove over and never got a manager.
The acting manager said it was a glitch in the system all day yesterday and that there was nothing they could do. No apology, no help and blamed Dominos. When they saw me text customer support my pizzas magically got moved up in line.
I told them I didn’t have time for delivery and the “acting manager” said they would give them to me
20 min later I got a text that my pizzas were on the way after I saw them take pizzas behind the counter and say the special order was ready, yes they gave them to the delivery driver.
Two of the employees nicely helped me get them back and we got our pizzas home almost 90 minutes after we ordered them. The acting manager had disappeared and nothing was offered to help.
Worst food experience ever, and no responsibility taken. They also intentionally sent my pizzas out for delivery after I asked them not to.
Edit: it’s been two weeks and I can’t even get a phone call back...
Read moreIn town for a week long training class, and thought I would order from nearby Dominos!!! Please save your $ and order elsewhere! I even tipped the driver 30%, but the quality of food and service was below 10%!! Placed my order, for delivery I'm less than 3 miles away from this Dominos. That being said it is a Saturday evening, so I was able to factor that into everything, however I placed my order over 2 hours ago and it was just recently delivered!! You can opt in for delivery updates, but guess what they don't work! I found this out by calling Dominoes after an hour had passed and still no pizza! Here's an idea, when a person places an order and you don't have many drivers, don't bake the pizza at time of ordering only for it to " stay hot" in the heater box- only to arrive all rubbery and cold! Obviously the driver did not keep it warm in a bag on the way to my room! It's very annoying to pay over $40 for a pizza, a drink and delivery fees and than on top of that pay for the driver to deliver it!! It isn't the drivers fault, but who ever is running this show is failing miserably!! I blame myself and should have paid attention to the reviews before ordering! I am calling now and demanding a credit! oh and the corner of my thin crust specialty pizza...
