First time here and definitely last. Let me start off by saying I have never been here, let alone eaten here, or ever having heard of it for that matter so I had no idea with what they had exactly. The lady who took my order kept getting annoyed with me and let it show and I apologized several times(once in the beginning before I even began to order)since this is my first time and she was still rude. Customers here a little rude as well. Of course if you stand less than an inch away from me if I happen to turn I am gonna bump ya so... Learn personal space. Not to mention my uber driver had called me asking how long I was going to be so I was waiting a pretty good time for my food. I got the food and my bagels were burnt on top of it. Don't know about my breakfast sandwich yet but how much worse could it be it was greasy that's about it. Next time I'll go out of the way for Dunkin Donuts. DD(any here in CO) have what I ordered here for half the cost and half the wait. Most other DDs especially ones in MA you'd have your food and coffee before even paying for your order. Next time however, I'll spend extra on the cab and take an extra ten minute drive past where I need to go just for better food and service. And dunkin off illiff is pretty bad so that's sad for...
Read moreIn the last several months since I've rediscovered Einstein's Stapleton (local resident) I've observed vast improvements in customer service. While always providing yummy bagels, it can be noted that this location hasn't always provided the best service. I get it... we Stapletonians are a tough crowd to be sure! But this lead me to believe employees were also dispassionate about their brand (as are 90% of today's retail food establishments). I DO NOT blame the employees for feeling this way. It's usually not their fault; rather it's poor management, low wages, lack of proper training, etc. But now I believe all this is changing with their new manager, Mandy. She's learned my name and my regular order. Sometimes it's even ready before I reach the register! She's proactive and positive with her team members giving them every reason to be passionate about the brand. If you've stopped going to Einstein's Stapleton, please consider giving it another chance as I think it is perhaps the most underrated 29th Street hangout. And to the team... thanks for making me...
Read moreI have been coming here every day this week for two box coffees and two dozen bagels and until today I’ve had nothing but a phenomenal experience, which is a reason why they’re not getting a five star. Every day has been fantastic, especially with Sunny at the front. However, today, I made my order like I normally do 45 minutes in advance and the other gal at the front (did t get her name but the redhead with glasses) made it VERY VERY clear that she was having a bad day today and she did not appreciate me making an order with two box coffees and two dozen bagels saying “This is a catering order and to not do that going forward” and handed me my bags of which she just threw all my condiments in the bag see the picture attached. She needs an attitude adjustment and if she doesn’t like her job she needs to leave. This is not intended for all of Einstein’s bagels employees at this location. This is simply one bad apple with this one...
