I am giving one star because they won't let me give ZERO. The man working at the register was the only nice employee. I ordered and paid for a French roast. I saw a lady pour me a blonde. When I told her that I ordered a French roast and not a blonde she told me that they didn't have any made and "what did I want her to do, make a pour over?" She said this while she. rolled her eyes at me so hard I was shocked that they didn't get stuck in the back of her head. She looked all over the store and they had no French roast beans at all. She didn't offer me another dark roast but just stood there. Asked what other dark roasts they had and that again was met with attitude. I asked the manager that happened to be standing there this entire time if she wanted to give me a coupon for the next one to be on the house. She rolled huffed and said that she could but that it would take a few minutes. I have never seen such horrible service in a Starbucks in my life and I have been to them in many, many different cities, countries, and continents all over the world. Read moreAs a Business and Finance person, I'm pretty sure there is discrimination at this location, and it needs to be looked into as soon as possible to prevent further treatment of certain people. I placed an online order. It informed me that it would be ready at 10:51am. I arrived at 11:08, only to find not only was it not ready, but, not even being PREPARED. When I inquired of this, (I thought someone took my order,) I was treated rudely with contempt, and told that they were simply busy, as they continued to work on NEW mobile order requests in front of me. My driver was waiting for me, so I was tempted to just cancel. It was only as I'm on the way out the door, it "suddenly" became ready. I was the only one treated this way of course.

Read moreBaristas have an attitude and are not concerned about customer satisfaction. Ordered a Venti Latte no foam and first he drink was not full of coffee but full of foam. Told him to make it again and the he leaves an inch from the rim telling me he cannot fill the cup to 20 ounces and it still had a lot of foam. Customer behind had issues with her drink as well and the lady in front of me had issues with her drink as well. The guy reluctantly remade the drinks. I asked for the manager and she proceeds to tell me that they are not allowed to fill the cups to the top. Hmm strange. I am a truck driver and I go to Starbucks around the whole nation and they fill it to the top or correct it if it is wrong. The manager didn't seem at all concerned then finally offered to try to correct the problem, bit I was tired of waiting. Lady behind me also complained to the manager with no satisfaction.
