This place is horrible. They gave me an uncooked burger, and on top of that it was the wrong one. It didn’t even come with lettuce or tomatoes.
Excessive Salt on the hamburger and fries I called and complained the manager told me to go in and get it remade with no problems.
Today I went in to get it remade through the drive-through. There was a manager with a power trip and told me that there was no notes left. I asked him if he could please go look because I just spoke with somebody the previous day.
He copped an attitude with me and told me I had to leave. I demanded to get his general managers number he refused. I then told him to please get my number down to pass it to his boss, in which he gave me a blank receipt that I wrote my number down.
In the mist of it, he was giving me attitude. Then I told him he should be ashamed of having bloody pimples all over his neck and face to go wash his face which was probably inappropriate comment from me, but that was disgusting and for him to have a snotty attitude with me is very Unacceptable..
I will take full accountability for what I said to him, but it’s the truth. Nasty guy with bloody pimples all over his face, cooking peoples food.🤢
Then told me that he was going to call the cops. I told him very clearly there’s no basis on that. What a power trip attack he pulled on me…

Hire people with respect and compassion. Overall, you are in hospitality/customer service. There’s no need to amplify situations you should train to diffuse situations and obviously teach management not to have their own discretion that’s not justified.

Read moreI use to go to this Freddy's often and order a strawberry and banana milkshake and bc I haven't done that in a while and it was such a nice day out today I decided to treat myself with one. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru I immediately was disappointed about their service. I sat at the speaker for at least a minute or two and had to say, "hello?" Before I even received any sort of service. Finally, once I said, "hello," they greeted me and took my order. I literally ordered two things, a large Pepsi and a medium strawberry banana milkshake, THATS IT! I pulled up to the window and I received my Pepsi right away, the cashier took my payment and I kid you not, I waited about ten minutes till I finally got my milkshake. I wouldn't be frustrated about this had there been other customers besides me at the restaurant but I was honestly the ONLY customer at the time. There was nobody before or after me in the drive thru and nobody was in the lobby either. It was pretty slow and so was the service. It just seemed like all they were doing was laughing and chatting which is fine but take care of the customer and then get back to your laughing and chatting, don't keep someone waiting like that! Also, i know for an ABSOLUTE FACT I told the cashier I would like whipped cream on my milkshake (even tho that's something they should've asked me I shouldn't have had to tell them that). I finally got my milkshake and there was no whipped cream and when I gave it back to the lady who handed me the milkshake and told her that i had asked for there to be whipped cream on my shake, my request was granted. However, it was granted in a way only my photos can explain....and they just kept laughing like I was a joke n it was all a joke and it wasn't to me I know this may seem petty to some people but to me it's not I feel like I got mocked and I honestly feel disrespected. Ordered or food and sat down at the table for 8 min talking and waiting for our food.
Our ticket number was called at the window our food was ready, grabbed our food and sat back at the table with my friend to eat
Sitting at the table for 10 mins beginning to enjoy or meal took about 3 bits out of the burger and about half of the fries
A freddys worker comes up and says “or dinning is close and you guys need to leave” the she turns around with a care in the world and walks away, not having any consideration of how expensive our meals had been and that we had been a quarter through our meals and had no clue the dinning had been closed as we had been sitting there over 15 min.
We immediately lose our appetite and toss out the expensive meals, we approach the worker to provide suggestions to handle the situation better coming from a customer point of view, she says “what you can’t read” .... Wow terrible customer service COVID is bringing the customer service at this...
