Really, really love the charm bracelet I put together but a little disappointed in the appointment process and overall experience. Online, it seems as though the Charm Bar is by appointment only. I made an appointment for 3:50pm and paid $10 ($5 per person) to secure the time slot. When we arrived, there were several other people in the shop that seemed to be walk-ins. We had to wait 10 minutes just to get a spot to look at and select our charms and then an additional 30+ minutes to get our jewelry assembled as there were several other people's orders ahead of ours. I understand its only $10 but I don't see the point in charging people in advance to "secure" a specific timeslot if you're not going to honor the appointment time and allow walk-ins to delay the timeframe. I could have just shown up, kept the $10 and waited the same amount of time. I was also a little disappointed with customer service. We were told to pick out our chains before picking out charms. There were no bracelet length chains available, only necklaces so I asked the person running the shop and they seemed very annoyed and irritated by my request and harshly said "Here, this is all I have". There was only 1 single gold chain to choose from, glad it was cute and I liked it otherwise I would have been SOL. I think they were a bit flustered and overwhelmed by the amount of people and orders to fill but you would think reserving an appointment time would help...

this place is definitely a cute idea! i saw it on tiktok and thought i’d go and give it a try. i gave it 2 stars because it was a little difficult to contact them, i was ignored twice when trying to send an email with questions that i had. i also feel it’s a bit pricey for just gold plated jewelry. i got my bracelet six days ago and i can’t even wash my hands with the bracelet on because they’re already losing the gold color to them. it’s unfortunate but i still think...
