Drivers always seem to get lost trying for find the main entrance to the building as if they've never been here before and not knowing where the main entrance is when I know every driver at that store has been to this facility plenty of times today I didn't like the fact that the driver smashed my food tossing it to the ground ( saw it on camera) he was spilling my drink when I pulled out my food the chips were open and they spilled out as I was pulling it out of the bag like I always do I take that bottom of the bag up and let everything slide out and it just so happens the chips slid out of its packaging not satisfied have no other choice but to throw the chips away they landed on the table won't even bother calling the store what they going to do send out the driver with another bag of chips I just won't be ordering from them again I will also let everybody hear at this facility know what my experience was. So I spoke with the manager and he was understanding in my complaint and said the chips was part of the delivery that they had issues and he had to toss a case I had to toss my chips because they were all smashed and the manager credited the chips...
Read moreI had THE WROST experience ever at this location. I only came here for a toasted sandwich. I came around 5:00pm. The shop is not busy at all. The older worker, that has chains around his neck, tried to take my order and didn’t understand what I was saying to him. He thought I was here to redeem my order, but I was telling him the EXACT order that I wanted. I was not here to redeem my order. But yet he seems so imitating and rude and was trying to argue with me about the order that I wanted even though I was trying to be clear and make him understand what I was trying to tell him. At the end I vent to the manager, he seems to be careless and didn’t know what to say. I’m only writing this because the sense of having the careless attitude, wanting to argue with the customer. The manager name Vince has NO sense of leadership and was enabling this whole situation. This WILL GET WROSE If this company doesn’t remedy the whole situation. And especially when they DO TREAT...
Read more"Freaky Slow": Ordered for lunch around 12PM and got a notification it was delivered. Checked around my office and no one had showed up. Called the store whose response was if it was marked delivered "it's delivered". Be that as it may It hadn't arrived so I asked the employee to please check with the driver...driver had left the order at the store. Fast forward another 1.5 hours and I finally get my sandwich (bag looks like it got in a fight with Rocky Balboa). Called the store back to ask for a refund or some type of credit for a 3 hour wait and the guys response was there was only three drivers, which actually seems like a fine number. I've worked Pizza delivery and you can cover a lot of orders with three drivers. No refund or credit, like come on buddy, it's not like they're paying you more for refusing credit when...
