It bewilders me how much these people working there do not care about their jobā¦.Came for my birthday with a big party, took at least 30 minutes to get drinks while the male bartender flirted with the manager. Kind of ruined the beginning of the night, we were about to go somewhere else but we had already waited so long so we just wanted to get a drink. Had to continuously go up to the bar to ask for drinks, server only was friendly when he wanted to make a bad jokeā¦donāt even remember what the joke was, it was just the only time he was friendly and actually smiled. When we first came in a few people in my party were carded before even sitting down as if they work for the FBIā¦but he didnāt even card everyone in my party, which is offensive, basically calling everyone else oldā¦? Idk, we expect better from this hotel especially in cherry creek. Clearly this place doesnāt care and doesnāt take constructive criticism into account considering their tons of negative reviews. Also, manager has RBF. I feel like Iām bothering them when Iām ordering a drink, and this review is based off two separate experiences. The only reason we went was for the dj, and they donāt have proper times listed on their website, but they invited us to come tomorrowā¦but that is not helpful. I literally get a call an HOUR before my reservation that Friday and am told "sooo we don't make reservations, we make experiences." What that meant, apparently, was that despite taking reservations through OpenTable for their rooftop, it was actually first come, first serve up there. But I was in luck! For the low price of $350, they could accommodate me in one of their cabanas for a few hours (not including any drinks or food). There was no remorse or accountability for waiting until the Friday of a holiday weekend to essentially cancel our reservation, which had a domino effect on the rest of the night for us. We were informed the downstairs dining room took reservations, but they were unwilling to work with us to squeeze us into what appeared to be a full book for the night. As I write this, you can still make reservations for large parties on their roof through OpenTable--so I guess they weren't too worried about screwing...

I came here twice, once in the early afternoon, it was busy but nothing insane...waited at the bar for 10mins to try and get a drink, the 3 people behind the bar didn't even acknowledge me. My friend and I sat down since it seemed someone was walking around taking orders, that server helped 3 people that arrived after us but never came by to ask if we needed anything for 30mins, so we left. I returned for the views the following evening and it was a repeat of the day before, but this time I had to aggressively seek out help after 20mins of waiting, and our drinks were horribly made. Each visit there were more than enough employees working to handle the small amount of customers that can fit in this space...maybe teach the employees some customer service skills and what it means to have a sense of...
