We decided to work with Acredo because we wanted something unique. Typically, when I hear the words "custom jewelry" I run the other way because it suggests spending way too much money for something that is not that different from what I could find at a typical large jewelry store. Acredo, however, is different. The customer service they provide is on par with what you would receive at a 5-star luxury resort. The price point is truly, whatever you want it to be. We were able to create two custom wedding bands and stay under budget, something I did not think was possible.

Maria and Donna are by far, what makes this store so authentic and wonderful. They listened to our stories, celebrated with us in our joy (and then sorrow of COVID cancelling our plans), and made the process of creating unique, custom wedding bands so fun that we cannot stop recommending it to all of our friends. The real marker of success is how much fun my husband had creating his band. Ring shopping was something he originally wanted to just do online, but when he realized that all the bands look the same, he decided to come to the store with me. He loved every minute of creating his own band and now it's something that is not just a piece of jewelry he "has" to wear, but another part of our story.

Finally, my engagement ring is from a jewelry designer in NY and there is no matching band designed to fit my ring. "Diamond Donna", as they call her in the store, was able to create a unique custom band that fits perfectly with my ring, so much so that it looks like it was designed by the NY jewelry designer to match my ring!

We could not be happier with our experience at Acredo and recommend them to anyone that will listen to our story about our positive experience. We will definitely be back again!

July 2025 Update The team at Acredo is SECOND TO NONE! Maria and Donna are the most eager and excited to help in any and every way they can. We brought in the engagement ring for servicing and it was done and ready in 5 days. Where else will you get better outstanding service and support. Thank you so so much again and again!!!

Sep 28, 2022 Update After designing the ring with Maria and finalizing all edits we thought were necessary our ring came in today and it is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! No words can truly describe just how beautiful this ring is. Any attempt would still be an understatement. WOW!!! The knowledge and expertise of both Maria and Donna are second to none. Everyone collaborated on this ring design and the end result exemplifies all of the effort put into the hard work to make our dreams come true! Rose deserves the best ring and thanks to Acredo she's now wearing it!

Maria Redkina was absolutely amazing! My fiancè and I have been searching for ideas to base her engagement/wedding ring setting. By the time we made it into Acredo we had a very good idea what we were looking for. We sat down with Maria and she input our ideas into her 3D software (very similar to solidworks software) and allowed us to visualize and design the ring along with her. This is the first jeweler that sat us down right away and designed it with us on the spot. What a perfect way to allow the customer to see exactly if they'll like it and be able to edit and design the ring even further right on the spot!!! This is the exact reason why we will be coming here and designing our rings with Acredo. We appreciate the time Maria took upfront with us to show us and allow us to design the ring with her. This is a service that most jewelers, none for us, will do upfront as their is no contract and no obligation of a sale. But Maria sold...

I had been searching for a wedding band for some time, looking online, in stores, but nothing seemed special or even good quality. We came across Acredo while walking around town, we decided to give it a try. Lauren greeted us at the door and asked what I was on for, I just went for it and started trying to describe what I was looking for and what I had already seen at other places. Lauren took me over to the men's side of the store, yes one entire side of the store was mens bands, not the 5 to 10 same boring bands you see everywhere else, but there had to be 100+ mens options there.

As we walked to each case I pointed out parts of rings I liked, Lauren would grab that ring,I also pointed out things I didn't like and she took note of those. By the time we finished with the cases we had a tray of 15+ rings. Lauren then pulled up their custom ring software and began guiding me through a very detailed and flexible system of ring design. By the end of a good hour we had fully designed 2 ring options, she sent me high quality images of them and told me to think on them and come back next week.

In the end we selected my favorite design, ordered it, and picked it up a few weeks later. The only thing I did not choose ok the design was the fact a ring is circular shaped, everything else was my selection.
