The tea is fine. BUT The customer service of this location is absolutely gutter. Just because my sister doesn’t want Boba when we order or my girlfriend speaks too soft, that doesn’t mean you can roll your eyes at us. We were ordering in English, and our barista pretended like she didn’t understand. When we asked for "Winter Melon Milk Green Tea,” she goes, "哪个(which one)?” There's only one "Winter Melon Milk Green Tea" on the menu. The barista only answered and took our order in Chinese. Depending on the time, either the entire staff is hustling working hard no phones out or the entire staff is doing everything they can to avoid work and scroll on their phones.

Update: its gotten even worse. Ive made call in orders for years. I call when im like 10 minutes away. Well today they said i had to do it on the app. When i got there and asked about why i had to get the app the guy in the back said i could have called it in also. Sooooo she told me that for whatever reason but it was wrong. This location is starting its downward decent purely due to lazy work...

KungFuTea is always good and I love their drinks, but stick with the other locations, the cashier was ridiculously rude. She flat out refused to answer questions about seasonal drinks, just rolled her eyes. When I asked if we could get the popping bubbles she said they didn't have those. When I asked about the lychee flavor she just shrugged, but apparently thats what got put in my drink, and she charged me for the popping bubbles they did not have. They drinks were still perfect and very refreshing, if you like sour the rosehip lemonaid...
