Stumbled onto this place on Brighton Blvd/Broadway on my way to get on I-70. It’s in a 7-Eleven. Had the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito with some lettuce, tomato and salsa. Fresh, good portion and tasty! Also inexpensive. Thomas hooked it up right! The only downside is you have to get rung-up on the 7-Eleven counter (not Laredo’s own counter) and it’s often long in the mornings. Next up is one of their breakfast plates or breakfast tacos. The carnitas at all the locations are really good but they never have any. Why promote the carnitas and bravado if no location ever has any? Ain’t gonna lie I just drove from the Quebec one to the Brighton one in hopes that the Brighton might have some but no.
