Price, Quality and Selection - Today I shopped at RiNo Supply for the first time. when I first pulled up I noticed a slight bass note rolling out of the doors and the extraordinary smell of Marijuana. When I got to the "front door" a very nice security guard (Preston) introduced himself and greeted me asked me a few questions, after filling out that paper all shops make you fill out, I took a seat in the lobby. They have a little brown dog that after a big stretch came over and sat with me. About 5min wet by then the Budtender (Matt) called me back. When i told him "This is my first time at RiNo" he smiled and asked me about my preferences. I told him "I NEED STRONG!" he did not instantly head for Top Shelf - if you shop at med stores you know that is so rare they dont push Top Shelf only- he told me to try there GSC (Girl Scout Cookies). Whether it’s from one of the songs its in or actually trying it yourself, RiNo Supply Co's Girl Scout Cookies is a can’t-miss strain that will medicate you beyond your wildest dreams. the owner is extremely rude. I live across the street and use car2go as my method of transportation. since there were no available parking spaces close by, I found a spot in front of the business and was parking in order to get to work on time. this is STREET parking available to anyone. he asked me if I'd be parking there permanently and said I'm leaving the car and someone else will pick it up, that's how this car share works. he told me not to park in front of his business (even though it is street parking) in a very condescending and arrogant, entitled manner. unfortunately this is part what happens in growing neighborhood where more businesses and residences are located all close together. if parking availability to customers was that important, he would invest in a special parking lot designated for his business. as someone who lives and works in this community I could easily send people to patron his business but there's too many other positive experiences I've had with other dispensaries in all facets of...

Well this used to be my #1 disoencery for 2 yrs 2014-2016. I was a dedicated rino only shopper. I quit smoking from 2016 -18 Now I need to get a new red card and they offered me a discount if I sign on with them so I tried to deal with rino calling canna health and vise versa. Now I have given up. Rino made excuses n employees were rude thru this process acusing ppl of signing up with other disp after rino paid them for discounting red card exams etc. The bottom line is NO NO NO they wont help you get a discount on red card physicals...dont ask...it only frustrated me...now i really need to smoke. So end result for me was: go pay the $80 for physical n the $27 to stare n go find another dispensary to do honest straight forward business n doesnt treat me rudely or waste my time with excuses or lies. So I rate you as a 0 on customer service and a 5 on deals if you want cbd's. The weed is low potency on thc and I was able to get marys medicinal patches. However I wont...
