Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

The pizza is delicious! We got the pepperoni magnifico and the "old world pepperoni" was really good. It curled up into little cups just like it does on the commercial. It's rare that food actually looks like it does in the commercial when you get it in real life. Our pizza looked exactly like the commercial. It was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend! The only bad things I could say are: 1) you have to park a decent amount away and then walk to the store and then walk back with your pizza. It's definitely not the end of the world to walk a little bit though. And it's not their fault. They're kind of deeper in an outdoor mall style area which is why you can't park too close. They do however have 2-3 little drop off spots next to the entrance and if there is an open spot, you can pull in quickly to grab your pizza. I'm not sure if that spot is for that purpose or not so park there at your own risk lol. I had someone else in the car while I ran in which made me feel better. 2) their pepperoni pizza is really greasy. However, there is a ton of pepperoni on it which is obviously incredibly greasy and so is the cheese so that's just kind of what you'd expect. It is greasier than most pizzas I've had but it also had a lot more pepperoni on it than most others as well. So as long as you don't mind some grease, which I don't mind at all (can also easily be soaked up with a paper towel) then you will certainly enjoy this...

I frequented this establishment, ordering multiple pizza's for my family as a Friday night ritual over the past three years. Not sure what's happened recently, but the staff is rude, no responsive and dismissive with any requests. It's a shame, because I really like their pizza, but I just cant continue to do business with an establishment who can't not treat their loyal customers with respect and courtesy.

My most recent experience ended with me being tossed around to three different employees who couldn't figure out their ordering systems. On the third time the person who completed my ordered told me my pizza for one large cheese pizza and a medium 1/2 meat lovers and 1/2 spinach & onion pizza was going to be $54. I had ordered this combination countless times and explained that must be incorrect. The employees response "well, there's a lot of toppings on that, man." From there, I asked for a manager to where three more people kept answering the phone to my request of speaking with a manager. The last person response was that he's too busy to speak with me. I guess in a small business like this one, he must be too busy to keep his loyal customers, as well. It's a big mistake to have such low level of expectations of employees to represent a business. My money is now going to another pizza place...

My wife and I are customers of this location for about 6 years,we have a pizza place 2 blocks from where we live but she loves Marco's pizza so she makes me drive 15 minutes just to get one, today we had a really bad experience, my wife called at 4:28 pm to place an order for pickup, the female who took the order gave us a price and a 15 -20 minute wait, I drove there, it was 5 pm, the kid in front asked what was the name on the order and told me to wait for about 6 to 8 more minutes.Around 5:30 I spoke to the manager and she told me my order was never placed. My wife called to see what happened, they keep putting her on hold in front of my eyes, I left all mad. My wife asked for a free pizza since they got me waiting for over 30 minutes even when they told me the order was never placed, manager said she can't just give out free pizza just because, my wife asked what was her name and the manager hang up rudely. Just because my wife really likes this place we might come back again at different time, but if we get the same experience we gonna take our business somewhere else.
