McDonald's — Restaurant in Denver

TL;DR: Last time I went there they made the order completely wrong and put something my partner was allergic to on the sandwich, yelled at me over asking for it to be corrected, and the manager put her finger in my face to shut me up while explaining all of this. Never going back to ANY McDonald’s, period.

I ordered a 4B and they gave me a 4D, which has toppings my partner is allergic to. I politely informed the guy with the short facial hair and facial piercing (blue shirt) that it was incorrect, and instead of checking he started yelling at me that it was a 4B (again he wouldn’t look himself). He snatched the sandwich out of my hand and told me to go wait for the fixed order.

Someone else brought the food out to the car, but they made it wrong again and only gave me part of my order overall. Informing the person who brought out the food that I was still missing the rest of my order got me treated like I was trying to rob them- of a happy meal! big time criminal over here!

Going inside to have them remake the food a third time without the allergens and to collect the happy meal, I had to explain everything that had happened to the manager (plain street clothes t-shirt) who put her finger in my face to shut me up because she didn’t want to hear it. She didn’t care that I’d been yelled at and treated like I was trying to steal from them just for asking for the items that I paid for.

On top of all this, my sandwich was burnt and had no sauce on it whatsoever. I just gave up.

They just wanted to take the money, give me whatever the hell they felt like giving me despite the fact that what they gave me would have hurt a person if they ate it, then take my money without giving me what I paid for and tell me to shut up about it.

Told the kids sorry, but no more happy meals. Not going to McDonald’s to pay $50 for sauceless tasteless shrinkflated trash just to get treated like scum for trying to get what I already paid for and NOT...

I don't expect great food, but typically McDonalds is not too bad to eat, especially the fries. My last two visits to this location the food I received was disgusting and not very edible. I used the app and parked at the pickup location. Both times it took nearly 10 minutes to get my food. I ould have been better going in or using the drive through. As for the food I will explain both issues.

Stopped for a Quarter Pounder witg Cheese and fries. The fries were soggy and cold. The burger was thrown together haphazardly with hardly any toppings. It was cold, the burger was of the inferior quality of a Big Mac, and it was slimy. 2 I stopped by for breakfast. I figured they could have gotten this right, but they did not. I ordered a Suasage and Egg Biscuit and a hashbown. The hashbown was cold and not thoroughly cooked. They gave me the wrong sandwich. It was a bacon or ham with egg biscuit. It was also cold and the bacon/ham was very hard to chew. It was totally disgusting.

In both cases I had left the store and began eating as I drove home, about 3 minutes away. Otherwise I would have taken this up with them. In the past I used to get decent food from this location. But now I don't even trust to go there.

By the way, in the past they have always said hey do not serve ice cream cones and shakes even though you can order them in the app for the store. I have heard that some McDonalds will refuse to sell ice cream products because they do not want to clean their ice cream machines. That is a tragedy since McDonalds was first built specializing their shakes to set themselves apart from the competition. At least that is what the movie presented.

If you must eat at a McDonalds, I recommend that you avoid this one. It is worth a 10 to 15 minute drive to go to another McDonalds. I know I will never patron this one ever...

So the past 3-4 orders I have made via DoorDash from this location have all been incorrect.

My orders being incorrect just began about a month ago and judging by the reviews I've read there seems to be a pattern with this location. I literally made an order last night for 2 people. I asked for no mayo because of a food allergy and they added mayo anyway. Not only that but both were MEALS and they forgot our drinks which in my opinion is a wild thing to forget..

The time before that, also via DoorDash, I ordered a hot tea with my food. When it arrived I only received a cup of hot water with no tea bag, lemon, sugar, nothing. I requested a re-order and I received the same thing again. I actually went to this location to ask them if there was a reason that after ordering two teas in a row both came with no tea. Well when I arrived at this location, I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I told the man behind the counter what had happened, he just gave me a blank stare as if he didn't understand a word I said. I'm unsure if he spoke and/or understood English and I had to actually physically show him an empty bag that the cup of hot water arrived in for him to understand. Long story short, I had to purchase a 3RD TEA just to get them to give me a tea bag with lemon.

While I'm not expecting a 5-star dining experience because it's McDonald's, the past few times I've ordered from here have been terrible enough to warrant not ordering from them ever again.

Pro tip for anyone that should eat here or order from here: If you want a large Coke, order a small Sprite. If you want a Big Mac with medium fries, order a McChicken.
