I actually like the food - kinda But EVERY time they forget to put my order in the line and it’s like I’m the first one in the store and always the last to leave It’s really unfortunate because I was going to go to ink coffee but my coworker told me to go to Nordstrom. The issue is - that I’m usually supposed to be on a quick 15 minute break, and it ends up taking 30-40 minutes. Was waiting in line with my brother and once the counter was empty, we approached the cashier that was open and was told off by a male barista with glasses very rudely that he wasn’t ready for us as he was speaking to a couple on the side. Once he was done speaking to the couple he didn’t even attend to us so we were pretty confused as to why he needed to be rude. Love the Ebar but that guy killed the whole vibe, we will not be visiting that...
Read moreWe stopped in for 2 mochas today while shopping. The two ladies making coffee had zero sense of urgency and it was obvious actually working was not their priority. After 4 minutes they finally began making our drinks. The chocolate was weak, the milk was less than warm when we received them and the gal couldn’t even make eye contact to thank us. What a pathetic place. Won’t be back. Hope they’re better at their next job because they suck at coffee…which is not...
