TL;DR: This one-star rating is entirely due to their bartender, Christian — a belligerent, intoxicated bully who seemed to be looking for a fight with customers. Here’s what happened: I came in last night with a group of friends and had a Monster Energy drink in my front pocket. It wasn’t taken at the door, so I forgot about it until I noticed it while playing at the beer pong table. I cracked it open without thinking much of it. Christian came around bussing glasses and took the Monster from me. I assumed it was a mistake at first, but he told me I couldn’t have it inside — fair enough. I asked if I could take it outside or leave it somewhere. He said he’d hold it behind the bar for me to pick up when I left. That seemed reasonable, and I thanked him. When I came to grab it on my way out, he tossed it in the trash instead. When I asked why, he pulled it back out and slowly poured it into the trash, yelling that I wasn’t supposed to have it in there and accusing me of sneaking it in. The whole thing felt like he was trying to provoke me into a confrontation. It was humiliating — not just for me, but honestly for the bar too, especially in front of a crowd. There are so many better ways this situation could have been handled. It’s unfortunate, because the rest of the staff were friendly and professional, and I genuinely like the arcade bar itself. To ownership: Please take note — this employee needs support, training, or possibly a different role that doesn’t involve direct customer interaction.

Stopped in because this place looked so cool! Stayed because the games are awesome, staff is really friendly; and the bar is done with an NES system inside it! I was obsessed instantly!đŸ€©

Come for the arcade games, stay for the house infused vodka. My rankings in order: 1. Pineapple Habanero 2. Pepperocini 3. Strawberry Basil 4. Skittle 5. Peach 6. Warhead 7. Marshmallow

Edit: Owner's reply is a great saltmine. Just hang up some jerseys and own it dude. You put high scores on the storefront for a reason.

Walked in because it looked like a sweet barcade that I'd never heard of. It's more like a barcade for people who don't play arcade games. Like the Big Bang Theory of arcades? Know what I mean? A spot for Chads to feel like they're nerdy because they recognize Super Mario.

The arcade games include Tekken Tag, Simpsons, Flappy Bird, two Multicades (gross), Golf Simulator, Guitar Hero, Mario Kart Arcade, Pac-Man VS and Big Buck Hunter. If I can count right, that's ten arcade machines in a place that covers itself in arcade aesthetic. There's one sad Star Wars: The Phantom Menace pinball, along with a basketball game, skee ball, and air hockey. Those aren't arcade games though.

The amount of games were not enough to even waste a $10 card on. Bros were just chilling in the Mario Kart seats talking and not playing. Hockey was blaring from all TVs. Some dude with a rat-tail kept loading the jukebox up with trap songs. It was an entirely unpleasant experience. Players Pub is a lame sports bar that is wearing a barcade costume. Punch Bowl Social, the bro-iest of the bro spots on Broadway, has more authentic arcade games. It's just sad. It's like that one scene in Revenge of the Nerds, but in reverse, like a jock wearing a nerd costume. I still have $4 on that player card and I'll never be back. If you're of any sort of genuine nerddom, avoid this place...

My friend was grabbed by the “bouncer/security” guy. She tried walking back to her table trying to find a forgotten item when he grabbed her and started pushing her. Completely unacceptable. Several witnesses. Something needs to be done about this guy and his two drunk friends who just kept saying “security” while drinking beer (most likely didn’t even work there). I hope management makes some changes and can see how this could’ve been avoided if he only used his words and did not get physical, us ladies should be able to feel safe walking.

In regards to your response below, you have not said anything to make me feel safer at all. We were still in the building when all of this happened so it’s not even like we walked through the front doors again to get something. Also you say you do not have security guards
maybe you shouldn’t let a bunch of drunk guys stay in your bar when you claim to protect your liquor license. Don’t have them say they’re security when you just admitted they aren’t. Your general manager didn’t even explain he cannot let anyone back before putting his hands on someone. Not okay. There’s no reason why I should take down my review when this is clearly what...
