These folks know their coffee! Our visit was, simply put, a home run. We had QCC coffee the night before at Safta in the form of a Cortado. It was so delicious we immediately made plans to seek out the roastery in the morning to start our day. My friends both got regular drip coffee (with milk and sugar) and I got a latte. The barista who served our drinks said he’d chosen the Guatemalan roast for them and asked that they try it and let him know so he could switch it up if they preferred- I loved that attention to detail and genuine excitement for their products. It even came with a free refill! My latte was perfect. The espresso used had a hint of acidity/sour taste that I personally didn’t care for but that’s 1000% a personal preference and comes down to the bean. The drip coffee was winner at our table. (And to be clear- I didn’t suffer with my latte, it was very good!). The staff were all simply excellent. We quickly saw we made a mistake not getting donuts and grabbed two to-go. I had the chai donut in the afternoon and it was spectacular. The croissant donut (what?!) is waiting for tomorrow. I can’t wait to try the bagged coffee I purchased too.

Thanks to the staff for an awesome experience. We wish you had a location down in COS where we are!! This shop’s love for the community and their craft is evident from the moment you walk in. I can’t wait to return, and it’ll be hard not to drive up on a random Saturday morning just for QCC’s brews.

(Honorable mention for the Australian chai I didn’t get to try on this visit but am drooling about...

So happy to finally find a dog friendly cafe. The walk up counter is great! I wish more places had one. Had a latte and sat and read on the patio for an hour. It’s a 35 minute walk for us but we will be back! The inside is quite small, but it looked like there was at least 1 table open while we were there on a Sunday afternoon. Also so nice that they weren’t blaring music like some places do. Could definitely sit and chat or get some work done here. 10/10! I won’t tell you what my favorite drink is because if I walk that whole way just to find out they ran out I’ll be so sad, but I will tell you their whole menu is great! Americanos, lavender matcha, dirty chai, so many options and they’re all yummy. As you can tell by the drool, Stella thinks the food is...

Probably the most I've ever spent on conventionally-grown (e.g. non-organic) coffee beans, but also definitely the highest quality coffee beans to ever go into my grinder. I appreciate that the beans are single-source, and I love the bag tells me exactly what region in Africa they came from. I also really dig the backstory and supporting small, local business. Another major plus is that they are constantly rotating their beans, so when I go back and get, for example, the Ethiopian beans, they are completely different than the Ethiopian beans I scooped last week. I would go full-on 5 stars if they had some organic beans (hint hint)....

While Queen City is my absolute favorite coffee in Denver (even their drip is better than any market price pourover I’ve had) and they have amazing coffee drink options, including a Coke coffee for the perfect hangover cure, their breakfast sandwich was incredibly disappointing. It’s just mostly a fat piece of bread (though a solid brioche) with some basic scrambled eggs and a couple of slices of Kraft cheese. For $6, I’d rather get a breakfast burrito at Crema with the works. I love supporting local businesses but I expected more. Still will *only* buy my coffee beans from here!

One of my favorite places to go after work. It’s easily become the place where I pop on over for extra work, calls, or just even good vibes. I love the atmosphere, the decor, and the staff are always so friendly. I also think the walk up window is so cute and chic and gives this space the cutest flare. Also have to say that the donuts absolutely POP OFF, the breakfast sammie’s are to DIE FOR, and I dream about their iced lavender matcha with oatmilk DAILY. I’m not sure if they have a punch card service but if they do or did, sign me up! Come visit- it’s so cute!
