I was absolutely disgusted today if I could give zero stars I would I asked for a spinach wrap teriyaki with an egg on it the manager was so rude slung stuff around told me that the egg don’t fit and it’s not allowed on there I try to nicely explain that every subway I’ve ever been to I’ve always gotten an egg on my teriyaki she refused to serve me was super rude so I end up going to another subway where a guy name Sergio was super amazing and nice it was really funny he was making fun talking about do you see the egg it fits wow he literally made me laugh and was just such great customer service honestly I believe he should be the manager it was at a different subway but the lady here she was blond headed claim she was the manager she was so rude I definitely will never eat there again she wouldn’t even serve me and told me I was crazy because no one should put egg on their teriyaki and it’s not allowed but clearly everyone else does it for me honestly she needs to lose her job if I would’ve been fully suited and my badge on a guarantee it would’ve been a different story she definitely needs to be fired I am taking this to corporate and as far is the other dude at the other location you’re amazing dude not only did you make me laugh and make me feel better about the situation you’re amazing I believe the other location of the guy Sergio that was amazing was at the Colorado Boulevard it was a Phillips 66 gas station connected to Subway you deserve to be noticed Thank you for making everything better and I will be telling corporate about you dude as far as the blond headed so-called manager I hope you lose your job very uncalled for and his me in the past used to work in the food industry and have been Gm and a manager that would’ve never...
Read moreWorst Subway experience I have ever had.
I walk into the Subway to hear one of the workers behind the register screaming and cussing at a customer. (The customer ended up asking for a full refund and walked out)
Shortly after this customer walked out, someone in line that was disgusted by what was going on also walked out.
As the customer walked out, the lady making the sandwiches was also very rude and disrepectful to the next person in line. After being snapped at and talked to very rudely, this customer also walked out (Count it... That is 3 walk outs in a matter of 3mins)
After this, the 2 subway employees were head saying they are just going to shut the damn store down and they don't care if anyone calls "Corporate" or not.
So to make things even more uncomfortable, the woman that was running the register locked the front door with customers inside to prevent anyone else from coming in... WHAT IS THAT?!
So I am now locked in the store with my meal being made and again, I receive the same treatment. Very rude and disrespectful attitude. The woman that was making the sandwiches was slopping everything together and mumbling swear words under her breath as I asked for sides to be placed on my meal...
This is by far the worst experience I have had at Subway or at any eatery... EVER.
These employees need to be let go. I know I will never be returning (I went to this subway 3-4 times a week for lunch for the past year).
Good Luck anyone else that attempts to go to this Subway.
Oh, also, their pop machine is always down and the stock on chips is...
Read moreI’ve been going to this subway since it was first built. Today I left hungry and pretty pissed. Walked in and was greeted by one girl then as I was about to order she walks away and then another lady walks up. I ask for a foot long on Italian and herb bread and I said I was just going to make up my sandwich. She tells me, “we no longer do that, you’ll have to choose something off the menu.” Even though she said it politely it still came off as rude. I would suggest “if” this is subways new policy she could’ve said something like, “I’m sorry we unfortunately, no longer do customized sandwiches. What were you looking to get? So I can suggest something that’s similar to what you’re looking for.” Something along those lines. I haven’t heard of subway changing their policy I feel that would be national attention, due to subway being known as a sub sandwich place where you can customize your sandwiches to your liking. I purposely looked at the menu knowing that I wasn’t going to no longer get anything and then looked at her and said, “yeah, no.” And she replied “that’s ok.” My boyfriend who ordered ahead of me didn’t notice what had happened and he said he never heard of subway not doing custom sandwiches anymore. At the end of story just be more consider it to your customers, especially if you feel a new policy has been put into place. Have empathy. I probably won’t return to the subway to be honest. Maybe they’ll closed this one down soon. Who knows but the service issues they’ve been having I know it’s hurting...
