They were not very friendly, cold and short, no eye contact, talking under their breath and it felt like they were quick to get rid of me (different than rapid service) like they were dismissive. And this isn't the first time they got my order wrong. I wanted steak and got chicken...that's a pretty big difference, then I asked for nacho cheese on top and they skipped that too.....the food is good but it seems like they really don't care to listen to the customer or be nice to them. Fast food is half food and half service...they need to understand their attitude and attention to detail is just as important as the food. I'll update my review if I notice a difference.
Update: My first time going inside...there were several people standing around but don't speak English so they just stared at us. Nobody was at the counter for several minutes. Customers were shouting in the back for help. They barely spoke English too but at least they tried. But everyone's attitude consisted of a lack of urgency and lack of concern for the costumers experience. Not approachable or friendly or willing to help. Those that did see the Customers not getting help, didn't say anything to the other employees. And caution ⚠️ there is an old employee that sits and talks to himself loudly and i saw him make noises you would make to get a dog's attention but targeted to a 4 yr old girl. He did this from across the restaurant, the mother was clearly concerned. He just posts up in the lobby like hes on full time break. He looks at me and laughs, its really uneasy.
The food came out quick enough but there were several complaints about it being wrong. Surprisingly the tables and floor were decently kept.
I havnt had one good experience here yet, it's mostly issues with staff and their professionalism and respect. though if you order something that doesn't deviate from the menu, it's always right and...
Read moreIt was probably as good as a Taco Bell could be.i also saw one of the worst acts by a member of management that I have ever witnessed. A gentleman took our order, was nice, polite, and even pleasant. After we had paid, the member of the management team walked over and reprimanded the worker at the counter, 3 feet in front of us. You have to verify the order! (Which he had done) You have to ask and ask again if they would like to round up. (He didn't do this, but we wouldn't have known if she hadn't said it) Then in front if us she said "I know it's different when they are standing in front of you, but you can't be scared"!!. The worker seemed pretty comfortable to us. He didn't seem "scared." It made my wife and myself kind of uncomfortable. We could see in the worker's face that he was beyond embarrassed. I just don't understand why a leader would do that. She seemed to be showing off or at least flexing her authority. We felt really bad for the worker as did another young couple sitting beside us. We don't eat Taco Bell very often, but everybody has to have some Taco Bell every now and then. We will jit frequent rgus store anytime in the future. With so many Mexican fast food restaurants, with so many choices and most being less expensive than the Bell, I can't see how you can afford to put someone like that in a leadership or training position. Usually, I only review places that I can give at least a good review. Don't think it's necessary to blast a place that may have just been having a bad day. When a leader does something like this, I think it needs to be talked about at least. Sorry for the novel, but she really irked the...
Read moreI went in and stood there for at least five minutes waiting for them to take my order. They looked straight at me and still ignored me. They weren't busy either, there was like one car in the drive-thru. It wasnt until an employee got off break and told the other employee (same one who already saw me) to take my order. She barely even looked at me, she just walked up and said "Hi" then just waited for me to start ordering. I ordered beef chalupas and asked if the keys on the counter were ones that someone else left. The employee mumbled and said no, its their key. Basically laying there for somebody to steal.
Then when I went to get my drink, the machine was out of lemonade and filled my cup with straight water. The "dont use" lights were on for a bunch of other drinks. They are also out of forks so my grandpa had to wait for them to give him one. The lobby was really dirty, too. I got my food and they gave me chicken chalupas instead of beef. I went up and asked them for beef chalupas and when I got them, they ended up being really hard. Like, not even crunchy like a regular taco. Just hard to bite into.
I know I'm not the only one who had an issue because there was another couple who came in and waited for ten minutes, and still didnt get to order until they caused a scene and started yelling (not that i agree with yelling at employees.)
The fact that there are plenty of other negative reviews and management hasn't done anything about it is kind of...
