My order is always wrong, seriously, always. Every single time something isn't right. Example: 2 times ago I asked for only ketchup on my burger, but got everything, last time they didn't give me any sauce for my nuggets (I had asked for extra, got 0), this time I asked for no ice, yet it's almost entirely ice and very little coke. Several months ago a cashier at the drive thru used my credit card for someone else's order AND my order-FRAUD. You call or go in to complain about these things and you get an apathetic manager who tries to blame the customer. I had to produce my bank statement and deal with the managers defending the cashier who used my credit card fraudulently. The girl manager was MUCH nicer and ended up giving me my money back, but the male manager was very rude and condescending, and mockingly told me they had to check the cameras to prove that the 2nd transaction was what I claimed, then walked away while I was still mid sentence explaining the situation to him. Well it was, and the girl came back out with my refund. How did this guy get to be a manager!?! When I called today to complain in general that I'm sick of my order always being wrong, I got a male employee who gave a pretty lame apology (perhaps he must do this too often?) and he asked if I wanted to come back. No, I don't want to spend my afternoon driving to and from Wendy's just to correct what should've been correct the first time, then finally get to eat cold food. I want you to have a manager that properly trains and manages his employees so this stuff doesn't happen on a regular basis. I was the only car in the drive thru the last two times, and the parking lot had 4 cars, max, some of which had to belong to employees. My advice: Find somewhere...
Read moreI work nearby (like across the street) so I often find myself going to this location for lunch. I work swings so lunch for me is about 6pm. Anyways, they have NEVER gotten my order right. Not one single time. To make matters worse, all of their employees have a bad attitude from the moment you pull up. Good luck ordering at the drive through, they most likely won't listen to you and 9 out of 10 times your order doesn't even appear on the DT order screen. If the screen is on and your order isn't coming up, that means they aren't putting it in. I just got back from there about 10 minutes ago. The guy with the headset taking my order was outside smoking! How can you take my order if you aren't even anywhere near the register? This is why people laugh when these workers ask for 15/hr.
Let's keep in mind that when I usually go to this location it's empty. I could understand getting my order wrong if they were super busy. But when I'm the only car in the drive through and there is no customers inside there really is no excuse why 6-7 empoyees can't manage to get a 5-6$ order right

After waiting for too long in the drive thru at 2 pm not even busy I asked for a large chili and xtra chips and the manager working the drive thru told me she could do it but it would be xtra... replying "of course" she rolled her eyes and shut the window. Upon getting back to work I realized I was charged for 2 sour creams and received a small chili no chips or any sour cream... when the manager said it would be xtra I didn't realize she was implying xtra effort on their part. After calling the store 3 times w no answer either time I decided to go back by after work and ask for a refund. I brought back the salad after it sat in my car for 4 hours and the manager said that it was still a FRESH salad... I said it wasn't fresh 4 hours ago SO HOW could it be fresh now???? I was told they would NOT refund my money but would make me another salad. Then she showed me another salad from a small refrigerator under the counter and said see this one is also fresh...
