I eat at Which Which a few times a month. We purchased 2 sandwich’s and fries and a drink for around $35. When I got the turkey sandwich it was warm and the vegetables were soggy. I politely informed the employee at the counter that my sandwich was warm and asked if they would remake it cold. (a guy with long dark hair and a cross around his neck, I forgot to ask for his name). He told me all sandwiches come warm unless specified. I told him it doesn’t say that anywhere and asked if he would remake it this time. I also let him know I ate at the Which Which off Colfax 2 days ago and they didn’t heat my sandwich. He refused and told me it would be a waste of product. I asked if he was serious or if he was just joking. He told me he was serious. I couldn’t believe anyone could be that rude to a customer. I threw away the Sandwhich and will never return to another Which Which as there are so many good sandwhich shops available with...
Read moreI guess it depends on your taste but this is not for me. First time here there is no service, no friendly smile, no "can I help you" after asking we were told to grab a paper bag of choosing, all very confusing if you wish to add or subtract items, switch chips for fries etc. We found it to be very robotic and unpersonable. To ask a question was to be a bother, 3 sodas I tried were out, philly cheesesteak was a very soggy disappointment. To me this is the beginning of the end of customer care and service, customers walk in grab their paper bag, fill out their order, drop and pay, wait for food with little interaction no people are even necessary machines can do the same job. Very disappointing that the customer service means nothing at this establishment, especially for a $30 meal of 2 sandwiches???????? Definately not a business I would care to spend my money at. I can pay less for better food and actual...
Read moreIt’s ok. Today there was a strange smell in the lobby. Either was from the eggs or from a grease trap. One customer ended up complaining saying she thought it spelt like weed.
Sandwich wise, the banh mi had great flavor but the egg was out of place and took away from the pork flavor! The egg isn’t evenly distributed on the sandwich and the runny yolk makes the sandwich too soggy.
My husband’s complaint was the French dip was also too soggy and criticized the amount of sauce put onto the sandwich, as well as the sauce not put on the bread. Apparently it was slapped on top the roast beef, and the one bite I tried, just tasted rather bland of flavors.
Either way, not the best experience I’ve ever had here and seems to be going down hill. My advice is either retraining on the application of making a sandwich or revamping some of the special promo sandwiches. It would have been nice to offer sriracha...
