In the midst of this delectable feast, our dining experience was elevated to new heights by the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Emma. Her infectious smile and genuine enthusiasm for the menu made us feel like cherished guests rather than mere customers. Emma's knowledge of the deli classics and her thoughtful recommendations only added to the pleasure of the dining experience. She ensured that our glasses were always filled, and she checked in on us at just the right moments, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and allowing us to savor our meal.

Read moreSeptember 17, 2024 I have been a customer at Zaidy’s for over thirty years. Today my visit to Zaidy’s provided a new, and very unpleasant, experience. Can I give zero stars for service when a negative 5 stars would be more appropriate. At 1 pm, a very nasty and angry short haired waitress saw fit to inform us that today was her last day. She then proceeded to be as rude and unaccommodating as humanly possible. Her bizarre and unprovoked behavior has made me rethink why I would come here again. No one should ever have to deal with that kind of rudeness when they are simply trying to have a nice lunch. And although the two hosts at the front door immediately provided us with a new server upon my request , they seemed like ai produced humanoids when confronted with the details of the servers rudeness. They simply didn’t care and had no interest in knowing what happened. Maybe someone should tell them: Part of running a restaurant is protecting paying customers from servers who are so hateful and so angry that they cannot perform their jobs.Maybe all these individuals have all worked there so long that they simply don’t care? If so, perhaps management should consider giving them positions within the restaurant that do not require the professionalism, empathy, and compassion required of those who have public contact? Having pleasant, service oriented, and welcoming persons is a “must have” for every restaurant! With the exception some of the waitresses who have worked there for many years, the entire staff at Zaidy’s seem like they could use a refresher course in courtesy, civility, and customer service. Hopefully management will read this and take a good look at their staff. They really should address some of the issues with personnel that are limiting the experience of their customers. As much as I used to enjoy my weekly visits to Zaidy’s, I honestly cannot think of a...
Read moreI am from New York just moved to Denver having had great luck with other European restaurants in the area I decided to try this Jewish deli. So incredibly disappointed and feel like I wasted $33 I got three different dishes and each were worse than the other. First and foremost the potato Latkes Which happened to be one of my favorite dishes when made correctly theirs was completely burnt very thin Very oily completely inedible You can tell Just looking at the appearance of the dish there is no love when making the dish It was thinto the box Very obvious that they were burnt because you didn’t even need to look closely you could tell looking and they were thrown in there with sour cream a packet of it and the person putting it in the box didn’t even look and put in strawberry jam instead of applesauce. The Lukshon kugel was the worst It was mushy and slimy looked as if it was been sitting there for days . Tried a bite of it and had to throw it out didn’t even taste like my favorite childhood dessert. Also there was no raisins what’s the point in advertising that the Lukshon kugel with raisins if there’s not any . Completely false advertising. The Challah French Toast was ok not much flavor but it was ok . Would Never eat here again even if someone paid me to not worth the money they put no love and effort in their dishes you can tell the people that work there must hate their job it shows...
