McDonald's — Restaurant in Deptford Township

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve ever been too I’m my 21 years of living, this is the absolute worst McDonald’s establishment I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so rude and doesn’t show any hospitality skills what so ever. The last FIVE times I been there my meal was completely wrong. The employees who take orders are always rude and seem to be in a rush when it comes to me placing a order. The mangers are no help at all and even when you call the store you barely get answer. And don’t get me started on the late night crew. Example… one night after work I went to the McDonald’s and ordered a mc double. If your familiar with the menu you know that a McDouble one comes with one slice of cheese verses the double cheese burger that come with two slices. ( I’m not a huge cheese fan ) when they gave me my meal since they had a history of messing up my meals I checked it and noticed it was a double cheese burger, so I asked if I can get what I asked for the lady at the window gave me attitude, was huffing and puffing and even rolled her eyes at me. After waiting about 3 minutes for my sandwich, she comes back and gives me the same exact sandwich she gave me before and tells me “they are basically the same thing”. Eventually after a few words were exchanged I got the correct sandwich I asked for but it was clearly just thrown together very sloppy I was tired of going back and fourth so I went on with my night but that’s just one example of how bad that restaurant is. Update: Tried to get a drink tonight and not only was my cup not filled, they didn't even give me the Monopoly go piece. This place is STILL terrible. If you're paying for something, you should get what you pay for. First of all, my son recently wanted to stop here. I was cautiously optimistic after some other bad experiences here but these people are just not cut out for customer service. It was bad enough they forgot some of the food in the bag but when I went to get help, no one would help us. They all kept walking around, chit chatting, hanging out, and several clerks made direct eye contact but refused to help. They were too busy messing around to be bothered. Finally a clerk intervened but it clearly wasn't her position. I waited 15 minutes to get help because they didn't want to interrupt their time to hang out apparently. Then this morning I had to stop and I got a soda. I saw them hand the woman in front of me her soda. It had a good inch and a half or two from the top empty. I was hoping it was a fluke but nope, mine was EXACTLY THE SAME. So they treat their customers badly and are also willing to short change people but still charge the same amount of money. If you're struggling this badly to find employees who want to work or financially that you're unable to give people the full amount we paid for with our hard earned money, maybe it's time...

Very inconsistent. I've gone all times of the day. It's always hit or miss. The evening/night times are the worst. Once, I actually parked and walked in because the drive-through was long. Well, the employees were yelling and cursing at each other. They were arguing over who would clean up a table that had trash on it. The lady ordering in front of me only spoke Spanish. The female taking the order didn't seem to know what to do. She just stood there waiting, hardly paying attention, as the lady was getting frustrated. Like help the poor lady, show a picture (you were on your phone anyway), or hold up a cup or something. The morning crew seems the best. I feel bad giving such low stars because there are a few really good workers, but the few lazy ones really affect the place. For example, once I was given a medium drink when I ordered a large. When I asked why, I was told, "Oh, the machine messed up." Like, huh? Well, get the cup and fill it yourself then if you see the automatic cup machine messed up. Once, I had to request new fries because they gave me these old oily, dry cold fries. Like, didn't you see they were horrible. But, then I'll go the next time and everything will be beyond perfect. Like I said, Very Inconsistent. This is not something you want to be, especially with the new Wawa and Burger King just opening...
