WOW ,I am in shock about how RUDE an employee can be to a customer,never been treated like this in my life . My husband asked a if he could get a breakfast sandwich on a bagle instead of a muffin and the girl with black hair said no.Then he ordered the breakfast wrap and she said they were out of it .He said ok we re leaving then and we started walking away the employee said GOODBYE and started making faces and shaking her head.i immediately walked back and told her that she's being rude ,she started yelling NO You Re RuDE Boo !I told her not to call me a Boo ,that I'm her customer I don't give attitude to my customers at my job like she did.She continued waving her arms and shaking her head.I asked to talk to a manager , an even younger girl with red hair said what can I help you with.She was there the whole time as I was trying to explain what happened the black hair employee kept waiving her hands and yelling that I was the rude one.The manager didn't respond they both kept on smiling and giving attitude.The manager said sorry while I was walking away and they both were smiling.I know they re not getting paid much and it's hard to find good help ,but if my employees treat my customers like this I'd be better off without them.That was at...
Read moreThis location apparently reopened under a partnership with Starbucks. It is no longer a corporate Starbucks as it was until January. My first time ordering here since it reopened. It was not a positive experience. The gentleman taking orders did not have even a basic command of English & had no idea what I was trying to order. He could not understand me & I couldn’t understand him. Despite me pointing to the sign with a photo add of the actual drink I was ordering, which he seemed completely clueless about, I still got the wrong drink! And that was after waiting over 10 minutes because only one woman was making drinks. She had to remake it, & while doing so she completely omitted the espresso. Then when I told her the expresso is missing she tried to deny it even though I WATCHED HER MAKE IT!! I clearly saw she put no espresso in it. I just wanted a refund at this point. Read moreI practically order everyday here, for the past 2 years. Seeing that it’s the closest one to my job. And this was once my favorite location. Being a regular they knew my orders, that I was allergic to dairy, and ALWAYS went above and beyond. However recently I haven’t been treated with the respect and kindness I used to. Two employees stick out in my mind the most and it has gotten to the point that if I see them working I just simply won’t order. I would love to talk to the manager, specifically the district manager, since I no longer know who the store manager is anymore since the mall reopened.
Other than these two people I still think this is one of the best locations. I just miss the seasoned crew verses these...
