UPDATED: to address Owner, reply to my comment and few others real comments shows how rude is this owner and now sugar coating his actual comments with unreasonable facts, kept asking, I asked just twice, your question about how many was already so rude. I really wish all your ill treated customers moved to nearby restaurants.
This place is the worst in service I have ever experienced.
(Un)luckily the owner himself served us. Although I found several empty seating available, still he told us to wait. When I told him we are a family of 5 he mentioned I see just 4 of you so you wait more. When I insisted that I found the restaurant on Google Maps and I had 3+ hours long drive after my dinner he told me that I should clean up the table myself if I'm in a rush. As I was with my young kid so I didn't leave and waited further for him to clean one specific table on the corner. Finally it took us 1h 45m at this place, not a good choice to visit for a driving trip, also not a good one for a lavish dining experience.
Food quality was basic/average.
Gratuity: After having a very bad experience I was planning to pay the minimum tip (so my message gets to him that it's not the way to greet customers and spoil someone day by doing such talk) as I knew it was the owner himself serving us all the time and not a server whom I always make sure tip nicely. But the owner acted smart and pre added the maximum tip and was not ready to give me receipt when I asked for it he gave me only the total and signature section after asking again he gave me the breakdown then I noticed that it was pre added.
Advice: The owner could easily avoid all this by letting the server attend the customer and not show his personal frustration to the...
Read moreMy husband and I had lunch there today (08/29/2023) and had an incredible lunch. We have eaten at Khan in the past but the service is so bad there and the meat has consistently been over cooked so we tried Bollywood. Hubby had mulligatawny soup, which he liked a lot, and then we ordered Molai Kofta and some other tandoori curry veggie with chicken dish. It came with lovely fluffy Basmati rice and we added garlic Naan. We asked for medium heat which was perfect for my husband but told them next time I would ask for high heat so they brought me the green chilies! Perfect! Our host was very informative and we chatted with him and learned a lot about the history of the Chefs as well as himself. Highly educated and professional. We also learned that their restaurant is strictly Indian vs. other Indian restaurants that are also Nepali influenced. And their IS a difference. I could not have been more pleased with our experience and can’t wait to have my leftovers tomorrow! I highly recommend this restaurant! Not only will we go back, but we are taking an Indian friend with us next time because we were...
Read moreWe visited the establishment on August 16, 2025, as a party of 14 after having made reservations.
The service was horrendous. We waited for over 40 minutes after placing the order for the appetizers to come out. For the next hour, we were repeatedly told our entrees would be coming out momentarily. They never did, even after asking the waiter for a status update. The same thing happened to the party seated at the table behind us. They told us they had been there for 2 hours and still hadn't been served their entrees and so they decided to leave.
After 1.5 hours of sitting around without even water being offered, we did the same. After telling the waiter that it was not acceptable how they were conducting themselves, he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize and offer an explanation. Instead he kept insisting that sort of wait is normal and that other guests were ahead of us.
I would never visit this restaurant again and would advise against anyone doing so until they fix...
