Placed an order online for 1 drink (11.80) (I did customize so it was a little extra for the drink), I also ordered 1 protein box (8.15), and 1 egg sandwich (6.55) after fees, total cost was $37.31. I ordered on the Starbucks website, but I selected Delivery as I was at work and unable to leave my site.
My order shows up and there’s only a drink, not even filled to the top. No food. I called the store, and the manager asked “what do you want me to do about it” I asked for a refund or for my food and he told me he can’t, that I ordered through Door dash, he can’t get the food to me and he can’t give me a refund. I clarified that I ordered on the Starbucks website, and paid directly to Starbucks. He kept telling me to call DoorDash (I eventually did to confirm to at least myself that I didn’t order through door dash and as expected they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have record of an order placed). Now The manager did offer for me to “stop in” sometime and he’d give me a few treats for my troubles. Treats? What about just giving me the food I ordered. I ended up having to call a different local Starbucks and speak to a manager who was willing to be helpful. They gave me the Customer Service number for Starbucks. I called and requested a refund, explained the situation and got a whole $17 and some change in return. I was screwed out of my money for sure and So this is how I spent 20.00 for one Venti Iced Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte. Thanks Starbucks. Such amazing Service. Way to back...

I am a long time Starbucks Rewards member (2012). This location makes good use of a small space. Our party was 5 deep and we were still able to make some seating outside work (for simple conversation).
The service was as can be expected at most Starbucks. It was past 7 PM so I opted for a Pour-Over for a dark roast option. My coffee and pastry was served in a reasonable amount of time. The store was clean. Customers were ultimately on the quiet side. If there were conversations taking place they were not loud. I did notice 4 or 5 guests interacting w electronic devices (laptops).
I was able to make use of a free refill for my first time as a reward member. Much appreciated. And as we were approaching closing time they did give us 5 minute warning. A positive experience at this location. I would visit it again if...
Read moreI have ordered from this Starbucks many times and I have never been disappointed in it till today. I ordered on the mobile order app and it gave me a time when my order was ready. So I arrived there a few minutes after my time was given to me only to find out they were 15-30 minutes behind on orders. Now when you get the app you wanna skip the lines and just grab your order and leave. That’s what the app is for. I understand everyone is hurting but being that far behind is ridiculous. I know it’s not easy in hospitality I get that but if a customer orders online they expect there order to be ready when they arrive and mine wasn’t a hard order.
