Wendy's — Restaurant in Derry Township

We went to Wendy's in Hershey/Hummelstown and again another bad experience. This was by far the worst visit. Maybe two other sets of guests eating lunch my group and another waiting to be served. That being said they had enough staff to clean and maintain and cleanliness establishment. Unfortunately that was not the case. Staff Lacked motivation and enthusiasm. I asked the fry guy if anyone was working the front counter and no response just him yelling to the back. The guy in the back yells back "they can wait a minute" we order food comes. We go to sit and not a clean table in the place. So we clean our own table. I go to get my drink and a staff member acts like I'm not even there bumps right into me not say excuse me or anything. So now I am speaking to a Mgr. She says she's sorry and they are going through training and wants to pay for our meal and give us coupons. I said "no" stop putting a bandaid on the problem and fix the issue. Now I must say we can not blame the staff but instead blame the MGR's for not doing the job and making sure proper procedures are in place. I frequent this Wendy’s about once a week-every 2 weeks. Usually no issues with the service & food is consistent & what I expect. However, last night I went around 10pm - mind you they are open until 1am. I ordered a frosty, pretzel baconator & spicy nuggets via the app. Food was good, no complaints there. However I could tell the worker was seemingly pissed at my order. Attitude, short, really just unpleasant. She had me pull up to the stop sign to wait about 5 minutes despite no other vehicle coming after me; seemingly to prove a point with my annoying order. If there are items they don’t want to make past certain hours or concern for drive times at 10pm, they should be removed from menu ordering rather than getting rude with customers. She had 2-3 hours left before close & no other customers through the duration of me being there. I’m tired of cranky old people. I am sorry you have to work at that age, truly, but perhaps find a position away from customers if you are that miserable. I don’t even care if you’re nice; just not plainly rude would be preferred. I came to this Wendy's before I went to the hospital knowing that I'd be there for a while when I got to the parking lot of the hospital I pulled my food out and everything was Disgusting for one I already 4 piece nugget and only receive 3 my junior bacon cheeseburger had no begun and had sauce all over Inside of the Sandwich wrapper Which made it very messy also I ordered a chicken sandwich like I have before expecting And hoping that the last thing I ordered would be OK I was sadly mistaken when I opened the chicken sandwich I instantly could tell it was not going to be good the chicken in which was on the bun was a good hockey Puck not only was it like a hockey book but the chicken itself was colder than the lettuce in which you get on chicken sandwich I meant to call in but Lucy furious to do so I think I shall do that now I've been here before plenty of times and havnt really had any issues Thank goodness I would a frosty because it was the only thing that was alright The Wendy's Has treated me fairly before So I did not expect anything less get your Team...
