Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Desert Hot Springs

When you come into this location you will NOT be greeted at the front counter. You will stand there for about 5 minutes before anyone even checks the front. Every single time I've been here I have ordered before hand into the pizza portal and I get there between the time says it's ready and it is never ready on time. One time I stood there for 30 minutes and requested a refund. I was told I would get my money back (almost 50 dollars) and never did. I have to wait about 15 minutes every time after my order is supposed to be ready. I've seen them have food sitting on their back counters instead of in the hot box and I have had them give my pizzas to other people who come in and order at the counter regardless of me telling them I've watched those same pizzas sitting on the back counter with my name on it... The remove my name sticker and just give the food to someone else who just ordered versus giving me the food I've been waiting about 45 minutes for from the time of ordering. They raise the prices and make the pizzas and bread sticks worse. Upon getting my food never once have I been thanked or apologized to for having to wait so long and they never honor their commitment to get the free crazy bread if your portal order is given to you after the time it says. This store is the worst I've ever been to and I will not go back to this location. I now drive 30 minutes 1 way to get little Caesars or I will just go to a different pizza...

Was told 10 min wait , no problem, 20 mins I asked about my order was told next up . Watched several come out of oven and 10 mins asked again about mine girl went to back and came back to front saying once again mines next . Well it wasn't and I stopped her and had told her to check again , she spoke with another girl and I when I asked where my order was they said it's" up next". Told them I heard that before so if my order isn't ready I want money back . When she began doing return I stopped and said so you are saying my order isn't ready. The girl pointed at the oven and said mine was the ones coming out. After waiting nearly hour for 10 hot and ready pizzas I said let me take the pizza. Obviously though my order was misplaced and instead if being honest when I first inquired these girls felt lying to customer and standing around looking dumbfounded was the best alternative. Unbelievable won't ever go to...

One thing I have time for is to write a review with bad customer service. Pick up the pizza got home and it wasn’t made right. I Called and let them know in a nice manner. They said come back in 15 minutes but BRING BACK THE PIZZA… like umm okay… 20 minutes pass, I come pick up the new pizza and it’s not ready. Gave them back the old pizza and they literally threw it away in front of my eyes… like really. I get mistakes get made but inconvenient when I have hungry siblings at home. What was the reasoning to come back & BRING THE PIZZA when it was going to get thrown away when you were the ones that messed up the order. Yes. It’s a little Caesar, it’s cheap pizza. But I’m gonna rant; This is why you guys have bad reviews! In conclusion check your pizza before getting home. And you should have let me...
