The worst experience o have had with Imos. Picked my order up and when I got home they had given me someone else's pizza. I call the store and the girl who answered the phone had a difficult time understanding I was given the wrong pizza. When she finally figured it out, she said your pizza is here and you can come get it. I told her they needed to deliver it because the mistake was on their end. It was a pizza specifically ordered for kids and the pizza that I got in error they would not eat. She had to put me on hold to talk to a manager. This went back and forth. Finally they agreed someone would deliver and I could keep the pizza that they gave me in error. I would certainly hope they wouldn't take it back and give it to the correct customer. It was supposedly the owner who delivered it. First they couldn't get my address correct and he had to call me to get my correct address. Then the pizza looked like it had been thrown around and a piece was missing. When I called and spoke to Brandon who says he purchased the franchise in September, he was as unprofessional as the young woman I spoke to earlier. Basically all he could say was things happen. I requested to have 2 pizzas put on my account for future use. He said he wouldn't do that but he could give me a percentage off. I told him no thank you, I would be contacting Imos about the quality of the food and the customer service for his store and I would not be ordering from them again. Read moreI almost never order here anymore for many reasons don't get me wrong the Food is amazing when they actually decide to make it. But they are ridiculous expensive and they never stay open late and won't take delivery after 8pm since they close at 9pm I often order else where due to the litany of issues i have had. Weather it be the app not working. The website not working. They are to busy. Or the website doesnt allow cards. Or refusing my card. No driver. Not taking orders an hour before close. no one answering the phone. Ridiculous wait times. So many times I have tried getting food from them. Since moving here and. several times since i moved here i can honestly say they failed for a multitude of reason. Best advice i can give just. call else where instead of trying them Save your money and time order from a somwhere else or go to the one in festus or farmington i rarely if never have issues with those stores when I do order from them. I tried to prepay for my order, and bc she didn't know how (and refused to get help) to enter an American Express C.C. # (which has 1 additional # than a regular C.C.), she just said it was declined. Knowing better, I walked in to pick up my order, entered my card....no problem! I did double check my food while at the counter to make sure she hadn't spit on it too! I highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. There is NO PLACE for condescending, lazy nor smart mouthed people, in a place of business (unless they're so desperate for help), that they just could care less.
