McDonald's — Restaurant in Desloge

Called to resolve an issue, and they hung up on me while I was waiting for the night manager on shift to get on the phone. So since I never got to speak with someone in person, I'll say it here. I stopped by this location to pick up an order on the way home from my regular job. It was a delivery order, and the app explicitly told me I was to go through the drive-thru to receive this. After getting trapped in the drive thru lane and boxed in by other cars, I was forced to wait longer than I was comfortable with, only to be told by the employee working drive thru that I needed to come inside and pick it up after already being held hostage in the unmoving line.

I'm not upset about the store being busy, them telling me to pick it up inside, or even unfortunately being in a position that I couldn't leave the line as I pleased.

I'm upset that they couldn't even have the decency to at some point, create and print a sign to hang near the drive thru entrance that states a proper range of time during the day that delivery drivers should use their drive thru, or one that says they shouldn't at all. If drivers are out here trying to help support your business and themselves, respect their time and efforts and give us clear instructions at your establishment if you have been made aware that there's a discrepancy between our...

By far the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been too....... I stopped in yesterday and while I was waiting on my order a young lady asked her coworker if she had a maid......Then this young lady waved the broom in the air, with the bristle side up near the food!!!!!!!!! A customer asked to speak to the manager Chris, but you could tell he did not care!!!!!!!!!!! Prior to this happening I was asked for my receipt , bc according to her someone took all the orders. The young lady on fries kept swinging her pony tail around. Everywhere I have worked ladies with long hair had to wear hair nets.......nope not here!!!! As often as she swung her hair, your bound to get hair in your fries...........GROSS!!!!!!!!!!! This establishment is VERY unorganized, staff play too much instead of getting customers orders out, and need re educationing on health protocols!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER stop again at this location. Swinging a broom around near food and the manager didn't...

I don't really do this joint but when McRib is an option I like to get that & an apple pie. My gripe would be that in my past 4 visits whether it be dine in or drive through I have had to bring back my meal or exchange it etc.. all I order is McRib - No Pickles extra onions Not one time has it been received without pickles on the dang things! The condescending looks and sarcastic dialogue is almost unacceptable. Now there are great people with great customer service skills as well... Put them up front! The place is very clean, & I'm a tad of a germ-a-phobe so it's very acceptable. Bathroom always clean too. I know they mean well & put up with some pretty aggressive and loud mouthed bully type of customers so I never lose my cool over some pickles man.... Take a breath, and the Mickey D's employees will make it right. I may even start going after the McRib is gone because that McSpicy Mcchicken...
