Brian's Boardwalk Grill — Restaurant in Destin

So.... The owners are super sweet, they have a nice little food shack with food that's good.... But not great.

Not sure how all these reviews are hyping up this place. It's ordinary food with really good prices (I give them that).

But we paid $10 for parking just to walk down to eat there after reading reviews. The burger is fine. The fish tacos were fine but definitely a let down. The pieces of fish were tiny and very basic fried!!! The tortilla and cabbage slaw was all I could taste. The sauce is decent but could be better. And they aren't huge, I was still hungry after even with the fries. I was thinking this place was going to have some really outstanding well seasoned special hole in the wall fish tacos. I got to only pick out one place to eat out in Destin because of such a short stay. This was the place. And I regret it.

I had fish tacos and shrimp tacos - Fish was quite fresh as claimed and got only two pieces of shrimp which was a little let down . I then added some homemade hand-cut fries which were tasty and a lot in quantity.

Brian was super nice and extremely friendly, it made the atmosphere very enjoyable. This man loves what he does and makes you smile.
