Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit Lakes

This doesn't even deserve one star. Worst experience ever at a restaurant. I used to be a server for 10 years so I know what it's all like. We got over charged the first time the lady rang us up, she had no idea the menu items we just wanted a #2 which is a large 2 topping pizza, with a side and we ordered 2 drinks which we knew were extra. Our pizza came out wrong, wasn't cooked all the way, they forgot our breadsticks, we asked for them when the pizza came the girl liked and told us they were coming right out she just had to go grab them, they didn't even put them in! Then we each had one piece of pizza it was not even worth eating no one ask us how the food was checked on is at all we went to get a box and ask for our breadsticks to go since they still weren't out and they laughed at us in the kitchen. They were swearing and laughing. They only had 1 other table in there when we were in there. There was a worker filling a pizza box from the buffet and she was wiping her nose with her hand and continued to work and touch the buffet stuff. Very unsanitary. Never will go back or recommend this...

I work here currently, mostly as a cook and I would like to give a review, from both sides as an employee and as a customer. As a customer, I really appreciate the customer service. I’ve never had bad customer service here, and the food is really good. I’ve also never gotten a pizza here and looked at it and thought, this looks thrown together. If you want pizza with quality, come here. Also, the atmosphere is very unique with a location that is exclusively upstairs, with two nice arcade rooms. As an employee, I can say we are very particular and cleanliness/quality is always the highest priority. The dessert pizza is probably the best pizza you can get from here, in my opinion. The 40 something waitress was not polite, while we paid 1.00 for an ounce of ranch then she sat down and visited with a guest in a booth the whole time we were there eating (40 minutes or so). UPDATE: What I seen was not an interview they were 2 booths over and I can tell you that was NOT an interview. I have not had to give such a bad review before. The food was good but not good enough for excuses or her rude behaviors. Accountability is important for change and growth. Almost $50 was spent for 3 people.
