When we arrived it was about 1:15ish pm on a Tues. Only 2 other tables were there. A woman by herself waiting on her food and two guys waiting on there food. It was extremely quiet in there and it was just folks sitting there waiting for their food. No line.
We walked over to the kiosk and ordered. I had the "What Up Doe" sliders which was good!! I really enjoyed. Hubby had the supreme, which is not what they gave him. I had the lemon pepper fries, which the first few bites were good! Afterwards... It begins to taste over salted. Hubby ordered the house fries, which were heavily seasoned and I did not favor them at all. It took them 20mins to put our order together and again, there were only two parties there when we arrived. I'm curious how long it takes in the drive thru??...... I saw that you can order online and that's probably the fastest way to get your food from them. But hope they got it right!
I will always support a black business first and foremost....... HOWEVER! I will not be supporting again. This was a great concept, but they take entirely toooo long to be getting orders wrong. And maybe there was only one person in the kitchen.... But if so, that's a problem. I wish them luck in the future as always to my...
Read moreI work near this restaurant and I wanted to support a black owned business. I patiently waited in line for 40 minutes only to get home and I didn’t have what I ordered. I blame myself as well because I should’ve checked my bag. I assumed after waiting as long as I did that there’d be no way anyone could give me the wrong order. I don’t eat beef but I ordered the slider(my neighbor requested a slider) and the 2 chicken strips with plain fries but I received 2 sliders and Cajun fries. The drive thru menu has 4 chicken nuggets(also a request from my neighbor)as a side item but when I ordered at the window the cashier stated there isn’t a 4 piece only a kid’s meal. I looked at that menu for 10 minutes with no help before I drove around so I’m positive what I saw yet I couldn’t get it. The cashier read back my order before she took my credit card. I don’t live close enough to go back so I gave my neighbor the sliders and fries and her daughter the kid”s meal. I spent $20+ for food I didn’t get to eat. Now I understand getting the kinks out because you just opened so I won’t write you off. My coworkers and I will walk over later this week but if we have to wait 40 minutes of our hour lunch then it will definitely be...

Original review: Rating 1 star for now until we get a chance to try this place. Looked up the hours on Google (hours showed as open!) and decided to stop by for breakfast. Showed up and the restaurant is closed. No sign on the door. Nothing. Checked their Instagram. Nothing. Can’t find their website. (It was down last time I tried to look it up). Please adjust your hours on Google if you’re not open. It’s important for customers to be able to access basic information like this. You can update the hours on a daily basis as needed. We were so bummed when we drove over and the building was closed up. Hope we will be able to swing by another time and give this place a try. I know this is a new business and family owned, so I can absolutely give some grace here and I can’t wait to be able to update my review!! Please consider having someone on your team be responsible for your social media or have someone show you how to update...
