This was much needed in midtown. It's got good food at cheap prices. It is cash only but they have an atm. They also have a full bar. I had the stuffed french toast which came standard with eggs and turkey bacon/sausage. They made my breakfast exactly how I liked it and I was not disappointed. Omlets are "build your own" and they give you a nice selection of cheeses and fix-ins. It was simple but on point.

Really love the owners mission of trying to create a bar in the same place from when they owned it in the mud 70s. That means, low prices, amazing food, and awesome service! I highly suggest it. This place would have received five stars but party of their mission means they don't take card! I love that you are sticking to your vision but the convince factor is inconvenient.

Slow service and untrained staff with attitude. When I asked questions if omelet comes with toast, cashier responded that he does not usually serves breakfast. He couldn’t even open the register to give us correct change. It was mistake stopping in this place.

This place is a good casual bar. Great for chilling with friends during the day and when it's slower earlier in the night. When the night is in full swing and the place is packed everyone feels like family. You always have a good time so it's easy to become a regular here.

The doors all open up in the summer so it gives a cool outdoor/indoor vibe. Most bars feel dark and oppressive so you have to sit out on their deck where it gets way too crowded. Not at Cobbs! There is still a nice outdoor patio but with the openness of the building you aren't missing out if the patio is too crowded.

It's also a great stop for birthdays, bachelorette/ bachelor parties, or whatever else you're celebrating, to have a few shots or a couple of beers before heading out to the next bar. Especially if it's your first stop because then you can be sure to get something to fill your stomach at Spread Deli before you get too drunk. (Spread is connected to the bar but under different ownership. They still bring your food over to the bar side so you may sit and eat comfortably)

Definitely...

So I just moved into the neighborhood of Cobbs corner bar. And I saw that they serve breakfast. So I’ve been looking for a breakfast spot close to my place. So this morning I went in and check the place out. And after ordering my food I look up to see the sign that says cash only. Inside the restaurant not right on the door where everybody’s going to see it. There was a sign sitting on the bar saying cash only. So then after I ordered my food I got to go withdraw $20 from an ATM And pay the 395 fee that Cobbs charges. So altogether my breakfast burrito cost me $15. Thank you Cobbs corner bar for making me feel like I got strong arm robbed at breakfast today. Put your sign where people can see it before they order their food maybe on the door 🤷🏻‍♂️.. your not fooling me I see the underlying way you make people pay almost 4$ to use you Atm. I will keep looking for a breakfast spot near me.I felt like telling my waitress her boss took her 395 tip and not leaving her anything but I’m sure she’s not the one benefiting from it and I...

Perfect spot for Sunday brunch with the doors open. Would ha e been 5* but hate the whole no server thing. I get it - Covid. But I still hate it. Got bloody Mary’s from the bar. Ordered appetizers next door (delivered to table). Super nice day and great company. Bartender and young women next door friendly and helpful. Food? Surprisingly delicious! Reuben. Ginger burger. And sliders - can’t recall make of them Motor City? Onion ring on them. So good! We will for sure be back. Surprised it was not more crowded. You won’t be...
