I purchased a few items for curbside pickup for a secret santa present for a coworker and wasn't sure logistically if everything was set up correctly so my coworker could pick it up since it was under my name. I called the store and spoke to the nicest employee (I feel bad I did not get a name but you were wonderful!) and she listened to my predicament and was able to quickly adjust the gift to be in my coworker's name and she even blocked out all the prices for me and any reference to my name to keep the gift secret! Read moreToday I stopped by and waited for them to open, but they did not open the doors until 15 minutes after the listed opening time. There were several customers (including myself) visibly waiting outside in the rain, and when the worker finally came outside she was not apologetic at all and acted like nothing happened. The entire experience was so unprofessional, having your customers standing outside (in bad weather nonetheless) and then not even offering a single word towards them?
