Went in today to try some of their drinks. We are not Boba Snobs as we explained to the person taking our order. Three out of the 4 drinks were great. My husband ordered something that the cashier recommended (Mango Nada) and it was absolutely disgusting. He hesitated but I told him to go back inside and see if they would offer him something else because he could not drink it. He took the full drink along with the candy that comes with it (still wrapped). They basically said, sorry we can’t help you. I went back in behind him and asked what their policy was and they basically said the same thing to me. I was a little taken aback and reminded the girl that it was her that recommended this specific drink. We love to support small business and we understand that they can’t just give out free things. But the drink was thrown out after one sip from him, and one from the rest of us because we didn’t think it could possibly be that gross. Boy were we wrong. Customer service is so important and unfortunately I will never go back to this business again....
Read moreThis place is absolutely amazing! Arguably my favorite boba tea place. I've come here on numerous occasions, bringing friends with me on most of my visits so I can introduce them to the delicious offerings of this lovely establishment. The taro root drink from here is absolutely delicious. I like the tapioca pearls, and while I don't personally favor the bursting orange pearls, I know others do, so there's a little variety there for other people. I like to get some food from Go! Sy Thai and then go through the entryway in between the two establishments to seamlessly transition to the Tou & Mai waiting room, in which I am always greeted by delectable scents and jovial employees. It's fascinating to be able to watch the employees work their magic and make your drink and they're always friendly and open to questions you have. Absolutely...
Read moreI’m not sure why this place is so popular, but as someone who has tried many boba shops, the milk teas here are not good. I’ve been here on multiple occasions, and each time I order any of the milk teas they turn out super watery and lack substantial tea flavor. The boba is also pretty hard and has no flavor. Today I ordered a Thai tea and asked for it to be half sweet. When I was handed my drink, my Thai tea was super light orange, when it’s supposed to be very bright orange. It basically tasted like milk. I went back and asked the worker if he could remake it for me at 100% sweetness, which he kindly did, but it still came out pretty watery. With that being said, I probably won’t come back here again for any of...
