The wait was overall about half hour until our food came. When we walked in it was wait to be seated. We were acknowledged within five minutes after we entered. The ordering process was not great...we ordered on a scan app and we had to pay immediately even before service.the gentlemen at the front was very friendly and explained everything to us. Lots of different waitress and waiters staff working with you so you didn't know who to ask for help. There was definitely some commotion with other guests seated on how to use the app and where their food was it seemed there was an option to order directly with a waitress or with the app the orders that were direct came faster than with the app. I wish we would have known that. The cheese bread was good, lots of flavor but needed at least two more minutes of cooking. The Pizza we got was Hawaiian and it was Amazing! Just perfect. Beer and drinks came super fast so that was nice. The tables were very small, could barley fit our pizza and cheese bread on it. It seems there were different size table options but since it was just the two of us we were given a smaller table. They come to clean up the table almost as soon as you put on your coats! Making room for more people I am sure! There are two bars and lots of TVs. Over all a good experience and I'll be coming back ☺️

I went here on a Red Wings Night, I had no idea, so my review is based off that. I first tried Mikes when I went to the Raptors vs Pistons game, and I was on the arena side. The BBQ Chicken pizza is really good, and that’s what enticed me to try then again and order a whole pie. I find it annoying that there is security and a metal detector when entering the restaurant. Is this a problem that occurs often? I just don’t find it that serious that I need to take off my watch or bracelet because there’s this mistrust between these establishments and their customers. The place was PACKED ! I am telling you, it was crazy *lol* I want to give a SHOUT OUT to the pizza makers and servers, who all happened to be POC which was questionable to me, while the bartenders were not. Hmm- Y’all held that place down ! Teamwork and efficiency at its finest. I sat by the “pizza bar” and saw everything close up. I may try here again, but check the arena schedule beforehand. Also, the parking situation is another hurdle in itself.

Mike's Pizza Bar at Little Caesars Arena offers a great dining experience for fans and visitors. The pizza is consistently praised for its fresh ingredients and flavorful crust. The atmosphere is vibrant and ideal for a pre-game meal or a casual bite during events. With a variety of topping options and a good selection of drinks, it’s a solid spot to grab a quick meal. My favorite is the Hawaiian pizza. Overall, it’s a great choice if you're looking for tasty pizza while enjoying the arena's events.

Last night, my partner and I visited Mike's Pizza Bar for the first time. While we were impressed with the interior decor, there were several aspects of our experience that left us disappointed. Initially, we were taken aback by the need to pass through a metal detector upon entering the establishment. Once we passed the detector, we were seated and informed that we would need to use our phones to scan the menu, make payments, and even add a tip.

Unfortunately, the lack of attentive service became apparent as our meal progressed. There was no one available to refill our water or inquire if we needed anything throughout the evening. We were also hoping to enjoy a few drinks before heading to our next destination, so we inquired about setting up a tab. However, we were informed that we would need to sit at the bar to order drinks as they would not be brought to our table. Regrettably, the bar was quite busy, making it impossible for us to find seating there.

The quality of the food further added to our disappointment. The antipasto salad we ordered appeared to be pre-made, as the bowl was ice cold and the lettuce had turned slightly slimy. Additionally, the pizza lacked flavor and was dry.

One aspect that puzzled us was the tipping process. With no one regularly checking on us, it was unclear who should receive the tip. Should it go to the person who seated us or the individual who brought us our food? The need to continually order drinks and add tips through our cellphones also became cumbersome.

Overall, our experience at Mike's Pizza Bar fell short of our expectations. We were disappointed by the lack of attentive service, the subpar food quality, and the inconvenience of having to rely heavily on our phones for various aspects of the...

My wife and I were in the arena for a Red Wings game and found this place. The food and regular staff service is great. However, we were given old menus apparently that reflected lower prices which played a major role in what we ordered. After receiving a bill higher than anticipated, we asked if the price could be adjusted because it was not our fault they had advertised to us the lower prices. The server who was great to us said they'll get the supervisor, and this is where things ent down hill.

Usually it's the other way around where the server has poor service and the manager saves the day. I cannot tell you we have never witnessed such petty and childish acts when the manager came over in a restaurant environment. The manager said they did not update the menus and we need to pay the higher cost. I replied with no hostility that it wasn't our fault and we're requesting they adjust the price. The manager had then (just under the threshold of yelling) started waking away and saying, "That's terrible, that's terrible!" All while shaking his head.

He didn't even have the nerve to come back to drop the adjusted receipt off. He sent another server to do it. He then comes back around and walks by, stares, and shakes his head again while I'm fiddling with my payment. I just looked back at him and smiled and wondered what a terrible day that man must have had and was unfortunately trying to take it out on my wife and I. He didn't give us his name but he was the skinny manager if that counts for anything. I did reassure the servers they were great though. This place would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for...
