Stadt Garten is a GEM for wine lovers!
The owner is beyond personable and has masterfully created a community space that feels more like a gathering hub than a business for business' sake.
The interior decor is on par with the latest industry trends in a mostly humble way, but what stands out most is the service window, bonfire pit, and sun-streaked gated outdoor spaceāideal for dog parents to take a load off and locals to enjoy nice weather.
This is the type of environment that reminds you of the togetherness, connectivity, and friendship a good bottle of wine can bring.
If that's not enough, the rotation of partnerships and special events will keep you coming back. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHi. My wife and I recently visited Stadt Garten in Detroit and had a fantastic experience thanks in large part to Diego. He is the buyer and was working behind and he deserves recognition for being knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful.
From the moment I walked in, Diego made us feel welcome. He clearly knows the beer, cider, and wine selection insideāout. I asked a few questions about whatās available, and he guided me through options with enthusiasm and patience, and never making me feel rushed.
His service was topānotch: attentive, always ready to offer suggestions, and quick with drinks. The vibe at Stadt Garten is cozy yet lively, and having someone like Diego really enhances it. He adds personality and warmth.
If youāre headed to Stadt Garten, make sure to say hi to Diego. Whether youāre a beer, cider, or wine lover, heāll get you set up with something great. Canāt...

Thereās no shortage of places to drink outdoors in Detroit, but I donāt believe any of them have the same feel.
They welcome guests bringing food from other locations. Grab some takeout, invite your friends, buy a bottle, and sit around the bonfire.
This place is truly wonderful and you owe it to yourself to stop by at least once. I can guarantee youāll...
