Subway — Restaurant in Detroit

Now, this is my 1st time here at this location. Visiting from out of town. I simply asked if they took coupons. Young lady said no. Cool. I asked could I use the bathroom. She said they don't have a Public Bathroom. Now, I NEVER SAID I wasn't buying anything. The only thing I really eat is Subway and as I haven't eaten all day, again, never said I wasn't eating. I have never in all my visits been to a Subway and told that it was closed to Public. I asked again about it and doubled down with an attitude. I asked for a receipt with an address on it to get a number. She said that it doesn't matter, nothing is going to happen. This is Thee 1st Subway I've been to with absolute Piss Poor customer service! It already has a 2.9. and thats probably customers giving it grace! Wouldn't recommend this location if it was the last place on earth to eat! Train your employees here for better customer service. I hadn't eaten all day so the coupons not the issue however, supporting a store with a bathroom I can't use and I really need to...

Beware beware spend your money elsewhere. The young ladies in here was so rude.I visit this place today before 2 p.m. and it was the worst service I have ever experienced they did not want to work and they kept slamming the doors and saying this don't make no sense. my thing is when you go to fast food restaurants you are to order food and eat right. I don't understand why they have an attitude and their job is to service to customer and fix our food if you want $15 an hour or more you should give a person what they come in your store and ask for with no complaints your job is to service the customers you feel that today this is the worst subway I have ever been to and it needs to be closed down and revent with their new employees or I would never visit this place again and I encourage no one else...

The sweet lady who made my sub's name is Ms. Bonnie. She placed spinach, cheese, mayo, cucumbers, onions, peppers, and sweet Italian dressing with so much love I just had to give her a shout out. Her conversation and care was so heart warming. Hopefully, she'll get enough reviews that she can open her own restaurant. Honestly, when that happens.... I'll be her first customer for ever and ever. Thank u Ms. Bonnie for ALL THAT U DO....
