University Tower — Local services in Detroit

Pros: The living space is standard, the windows have nice views, and the maintenance is prompt. There are also a lot of Marathis/Kannadis/Gujjus which made me feel at home :) even though I'm from the states. Some people complain of cockroaches but I supposedly was on a floor infested with them but me and my BF kept the place clean and saw 0 cockroaches during our 4 years living in different rooms.

Cons: The main desk reception is terrible. They give you trouble for everything from guests to packages and they are completely unhelpful. I don't think they realize they are employees who are there to help, and instead think they are just being gifted by the university with free money to sit in a chair.
