There’s an old lady in the guard shack that is very rude to the tenants she is very racist to others that aren’t white , especially Asians , Hispanics and African Americans, if you’re not on the list as a visitor or refuse to give her a unit number she will not let you in, she will turn you away , she does not let any delivery service in unless is ups usps or FedEx , are you waiting for uber or DoorDash , Walmart delivery service, she won’t let them in . She guards that gate like her life depends on it. Avoid this place if you’re delivering to this location. HOA is extremely nosey, and will tow any car and blame the security for it. HOA and MGMT is non existent and will not answer any calls or get any services done in the gated community, a lot of things are breaking down and they won't do anything about it. The main gate breaks down all the time but the HOA will never properly fix it, they always send a maintenance worker to fix it but that doesn’t even last a day because it’s malfunctions that same day again , tenants complain about the the gate being left open but they know that is broken and don’t want to do anything about it,But they will retaliate if you don't pay your HOA fees, how is that ? The hoa is horrible. It takes weeks to months to get anything done. The only thing they are fast about is passing off the blame for anything to anyone but them. They come up with excuse after excuse of why their pool and spa isnt open as well as the clubhouse. Whats the point of keeping water in them if you're just going to keep it locked for 3 years? The 800 Speed bumps will add an alignment or 5 a year to your bills as well as a tire or two if you dont get it done no matter how slow ya drive. Trash all over the walkways as well as broken glass on occasion in the streets. The only thing good is that the tennis courts are in good shape and that the complex has 30 dumpsters that you can toss everything before...

Incompetent HOA.Scammers. $500 monthly fees but no amenities work. They refuse to heat pools but take in 3.5 million a year in fees but cry too broke to keep amenities working. Rusted railings everywhere. Filthy parking lots. So if you like paying for amenities you can't use and like worrying abou falling down railings then this is the place for you. Not ADA friendly either. Asked for accommodations because I had a stroke. They told me too bad so sad, we are a private entity and don't have to comply with ADA guidelines.
