Amazing food, I lucked out being able to get it! Brisket was ridiculously good and so tender it fell apart on its own but had plenty of bark, pulled pork was cooked just right, and the mac and cheese was amazing with the peppers. Alabama White sauce was the perfect mix of vinegar, not too much horseradish or anything! The spicy bbq had just the right kick. Excellent affordable prices to boot! I paid $17 for the worst barbecue I have ever had in my life and to top it off it was smaller than a child's size portion. I can almost swear it was Lloyd's BBQ out of the tub on a dinner roll and some gas staion coleslaw. Had his food at Midwest flavorfest. Got the 2 meat plate, with brisket, smoked sausage, and queso mac and cheese. Brisket had great smoke flavor and lots of yummy bark.
