Bonchon Doral — Restaurant in Doral

This place is THE WORST. It shouldn’t even be associated with Korean food. Please, do not give this place a chance. I just ate here, not even 20 minutes ago, and I FULLY regret it. The cashier/server is rude, and literally throws the plate on the table 🤢 The tteokbokki was disgusting, the cheese wasn’t melted, and when I asked to have it melted she was like “oh isnt it melted?”. Short answer is no, it wasn’t, and when they brought it back, it still wasn’t melted. That could’ve been easily fixed by putting it in the microwave, like leaving aside the fact that I shouldn’t even require my food to be reheated since it SHOULD be heated already, they couldn’t even do that, and the rice cakes were overcooked. My mom ordered 4 Wings and 2 Drumsticks and the drumsticks weren’t properly cooked. The cashier/server came to ask if the food was good and we told her the rice cakes were overcooked and she didn’t offer a solution. We didn’t even complain about the drumsticks because we knew they weren’t going to do anything about it. I wish I had gotten a refund. This place sucks and their cooks don’t even wear hair nets. Paying $56 feels like a crime. If you want true Korean food, do yourself a favor, go to Weston and eat at Myung Ga Tofu. It’s 100 times better than this crap, and they bring side dishes like true...

Very disappointed, very overpriced and the staff is extremely unprofessional. They were out of bulgogi apparently today and a few other things. The girl with short hair that took our order was very rude, and every time she spoke to us she kept slamming her hands and nails down onto the metal cash register over and over. Also the soda in the drink machine was out of syrup - the same girl argued with me about it when I told her it was just coming out water. She said “that looks brown to me” and it was straight WATER coming out as I showed her it was WATER COMING OUT. The same girl also came to our table twice in the span of 20 min to ask us how things were, and the food sucked to put it bluntly! None of it was good. especially the bibimbap which I had to order plain… because they were “out of bulgogi” but for whatever reason our “bulgogi fries” came out with you guessed it- BULGOGI all over them. ??? Makes zero sense. When we told her our bibimbap was not good her response was “yeah I know.. that’s why we recommended getting a protein.” She offered no resolution and just stood there awkwardly. I asked for a box and she looked at me and said “for what?” LOL. My partner and I were just in disbelief. Worst experience, terrible seating, bad food, and our bill was so expensive. I understand they just opened but WOW.. what an experience. I went there with my child at dinner time, we ordered wings, sandwich and 2 fries. 45 mins later (!) only sandwich came out - they are saying that they are bringing the food out in pieces as it’s ready .. what?. I didn’t eat it because I won’t sit in front of my hungry child and eat while he doesn’t have his order (he wouldn’t eat what o ordered). 15 mins more later (an hour at that point) 1 side of fries comes out.. To a question much longer it will air to get the food they kept saying “hard to tell, we are backed up”. I got up and asked for a refund so I can leave - the manager DID’T KNOW HOW TO DO A REFUND. She literally told me to leave my receipt there and she will process my refund once she, and I quote, *figures it out. 4 more people were trying to get refund at the same time.. crazy.
