To start, I want to say that the chicken is very tasty, although I’m not sure if it was because the air conditioning was too cold, but the chicken was rather lukewarm. The coleslaw was exceptional. What a waste of my time and money. Placed a mobile order over 30min in advance and still waited over 15 minutes for my order and it was very small, while other people are ordering and getting their food quickly, very bad unacceptable experience during a timed lunch break. First time trying and the sandwich was very bad, no sauce, the pickles tasted weird and sweet, the fries had no flavor or crisp, and the nuggets were chewy and tasted bad, I even spit one out, it may have been cooked wrong or something. I booked a hotel close by and decided to try this restaurant. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which has fantastic flavor and a soft bun (8-10). The fries had zero flavor and reminded me of steak and shake (1-10), The baked Mac and cheese was cheesy and delicious (7.5-10), and the empanada was incredible and probably the best I’ve ever had and why I’m leaving a review (10-10).
