Ordered 6 items to-go, all beef, with the exception of two which I wanted beans instead. Receipt got all the items correctly and was placed at 8:18. We finally got our order by 8:50-8:55. By then, another customer who arrived after us was at the counter complaining about the wait. We checked our bag and were missing one item and another item was wrong too. I went up to the front counter and patiently waited to be acknowledged but it wasn't until maybe 10mins later that a customer from the drive thru came in to complain about a missing item that I was able to get someone's attention. By this point, I just asked for a refund for the two items and a young gentleman offered to prepare them right away, so I agreed for one and to just refund the other. He was having a hard time completing the refund and after maybe 5mins of waiting, one of the other employees said she had one item ready. It was still the wrong one and the cashier let her know but at this point I said I would accept it as is since everything else was taken forever to get completed and we were ready to GO.
I did empathize with them since there were only 3 employees working and they had a long line in the drive thru and a steady stream of customers inside. They were moving as fast as they could and the cashier, the young gentleman, was apologetic with every customer after giving them their food.

The employees were extremely rude, they forgot to put my nacho fries in the order and when I came back and told them in the speaker they forgot something in my order, they didn’t even apologize to me and when I pulled up to the window, they seemed annoyed with me and told me I had to do the line again EVEN THOUGH i literally had just payed for the Nacho fries because they forgot to note it down in my original order and their excuse was that they were “busy” even though they were only two cars in line in front of me. When I told the guy that the fact I had to turn around was ridiculous all he said was “Do you want your order or not?” and was giving me major attitude. He slammed the window as soon as I left too. Read moreI am from out of town. Been to this taco bell twice due to proximaty of hotels. Both occasions service has been EXTREMELY slow. Also, communication has been difficult, not sure if it is due to my california accent, but they seem to not understand what I am saying. What? You wanted...? Perhaps it was order confirmation but the look on her face suggested I was speaking russian or german. The drive through girl understood great and communicated exelently.
The food was average exept for the limp greasy sheet of a thing they called a cheddar cheesy chalupa. My main insporation for writing a review is to complain about the Baja Blast. They have both regular and Zero. But they have Zero hooked up on both taps.
