If you are like me, I love my audio and want only the best equipment that will produce the best sound. I went to see Fred and Willy at Bose to get advise and help selecting a new PA system for my backyard. After some talk about layout and space, I purchased 2 x L1 Pro16s with associated subs, Bose TS4 Mixer and a wireless mic setup. Fred and Willy not only got my equipment in quickly but they helped me set it up in the store and went through all of the settings and possibilities of what the new system could do. They really went above and beyond and renewed my faith in customer service and the customer experience. They are amazing and so is the new system. My overall experience was exactly what you'd expect when you think of Bose.

I highly recommend using The Bose Store, Fred and especially Willy for all of your indoor and outdoor audio needs. I will be using them again soon for the purchase of a completely new outdoor audio experience for my pool, patio and bar.

I purchased Bose Sport Earbuds (SN: 081952M03184396AE). The product when I received them said “refurbished” on the box. First off I thought I was receiving a new product like I payed for, nonetheless, it synced great with my iPhone and then all of a sudden after using them for a month or two they unsynced on their own and I’ve been unable to resync them because the Bluetooth button on my charging station won’t light up in order for them to sync to my phone. I contacted customer service and the young lady that took my call was more focused on getting me to pay an extra $150. in order to receive another “refurbished” product which left me dumbfounded that the “bottom dollar” is more what the Bose company encourages versus proper customer service and satisfaction…. If I were you looking to purchase a pair of “earbuds” I would think it through more than 5 times as oppose to wasting your money and then your time trying to get a positive resolution from Bose “customer service!...

My family has been working for a few projects with this store and the team in our personalhomes and properties. Everytime that Jorge Ravelo comes by he takes his time, communicates with us before the first drill hole is made and shows us examples of the intended design. His experience is invaluable as he saw in my apt that my ideas were going to create a disservice of the quality of sound. He showed me the best option and left me to choose. His ability to see and envision the work and its end result and help us have the best experience of our purchase is truly something you can't find commonly at all. If I get relocated out of Florida I will definitely miss him and his team in terms of their service, know-how, and helpfulness and willingness to go above and beyond.

You can't get better service then these guys in miami....
